The neighbourhood can be a bit scary, but ignore that. Raw beef salad and tapioca dumplings are so good! It is a must try. I tried the beef stew, flavour is good, the consistency is thicker (actually like a stew), I’m not use to that.

Last week I was invited to come to T&D Vietnamese Noodle House to try some of their popular dishes. I don’t usually frequent Vietnamese restaurants in Edmonton, so I don’t have much to compare to other than my own cooking at home, and the food that my mom makes. It’s located on 118 Avenue and 84th street. There is some street parking and some parking on the adjacent streets. I opted to park in the back of the restaurant where there is a few spots for vehicles since everything else was taken. The interior is nice and clean, and gets a good amount of natural light.

This is my favourite Vietnamese restaurant to go to. It's a little far from me but it is definitely worth the drive. The staff is always so welcoming and they treat you like a friend when you show up. I always have a hard time choosing between the Bun Bo Hue and the Pho Dac Biet because they are both so good.
