Famoso has some pretty delicious pizza. Never had bad service here. It's usually decently quick no matter how busy it is. My one beef with famoso is that the pizza is fairly expensive for the amount of toppings they give. Once a Blaze pizza comes out in this area, then i think it might be game over. The only consolation for Famoso is that they have an option for an egg on your pizza. Egg is the best yo.

I've been to this location quite often, and have always enjoyed the food, drink and atmosphere. Their tomato bisque soup is so so so good and a must have starter. I'm compelled to review today because of how welcoming/accommodating the owner and staff were to my friend and I bringing our babies for lunch. They quickly rearranged some tables, brought high chairs and checked in to see if babes needed anything extra. It was wonderful!
Love coming here for Capricciossa pizza, tomato soup, and Gorgonzola salad. My favourite pizza place. And they always have delicious wine and beer on tap. It keeps getting better and better every year
Whenever I feel like grabbing some pizza, Famosa is always on the top of my list. I always feel funny when going up to the front to place my order and sitting back down at my table. They should just have actual servers. My absolute favourite pizza from them is their Quattro Fromaggio (Four Cheese) pizza and heir Margherita Pizza. And you can't forget about their Nutella pizza! In my opinion, it's the best pizza you can get that's not delivery. Now just imagine if they did have delivery.

Great!. I love the pizza here. People say it's greasy or wet but it's just the way I like it. Yes, when you melt cheese, fat will come off. The fact that you can see the oil is a sign that it's extremely fresh and not congealed. The service here is always fast (although a bit odd cause at Famoso you have to order at the front despite the "sit-down restaurant" atomosphere). Dessert is great, too! My partner and I go here all the time right before seeing a movie at the nearby theater.
Famosos is probably one of my go-to places for a night out. Their food is fantastic, I have never been disappointed by the food they put out. I love the way it looks. I have been to every location in edmonton and the food and service has always been good. The servers were helpful and kind, if not a bit slow at times but overall excellent. I'm very happy that famosos is expanding in edmonton, they deserve to be recognized
Favourite restaurant with little kids. We have been coming back time and time again with our young family. We order, go wash our hands and barely have time to get settled in our seats before the food is on the table; it's super fast and great tasting food for hungry inpatient little ones. The staff is amazing!

Nice to meet the hands-on owner!. Thanks Chris for the fabulous lunch. We were treated like queens. The food was excellent as was the service. I really can't say enough about this location. We were initially seated at the 'pizza bar', not optimal for our anticipated intimate dishing, but okay. However, as soon as a booth opened up, we were transported over with great care. I had the fire-roasted tomato bisque with the small wiseguy and my friend had the same soup with the spicy Thai pizza (lunch size). Filling and very tasty. I really wish I had tried this place sooner. Highly recommended.
