Always delectable and hits the spot when you are craving for a pho. Quick service and good portion size.
Hands down the best Pho in Edmonton, and far and away better than any bowl of soup I've had in Vancouver, Toronto, NYC, Calgary, or Montreal. I've been coming here for 10 years and I've tried almost every other wannabe Pho restaurant in Edmonton (most are Vietnamese restaurants, this is a true Pho restaurant with ONLY soup on the menu). Broth is CLEAR, balanced, and absolutely full of deep beef flavour. Not too sweet, not too much fish sauce, and the spices aren't overpowering the beef flavour. Noodles are good quality and keep their texture, veggies are always fresh, and they usually provide lime over lemon wedges. Delicious homemade chili oil if you're into that, but I prefer to ask for a Thai chili pepper. All the meat is well seasoned and perfectly cooked (ie. the tendon is actually tender). This place is absolutely legendary, and is the bar I measure all other Pho by. I hope this place never ever closes.
Best pho restaurant in town. The soup is always hot when it comes out. Good quality beef. Fast service. Flavor is amazing.

previous visit
I came here for lunch on a Tuesday
ordered #3 extra bowl pho noodle soup comes with steak, tendon, fresh basil leaves and bean sprouts
the broth tasted the best in the city
serving of noodles and meats are reasonable
We come here pretty much every Monday for lunch for the pass 3 or more years and it is still the best beef noodle soup in town. The only down side is their hours fluctuates and closes at 6pm. Might be a good idea to call ahead to make sure it's opened if you have to travel far. Remember ask for their chilly oil which is amazing... With the pho noodles. The Vietnamese style coffee could use a little more condense milk but that's my personal preference. The food is served literally 5 to 7 minutes after you order, so great for those that's tight on time. Highly recommend this place and will continue to visit.
This is quite a hidden place and looks poor from the outside. However it is usually very full and the quality of the food is amazing, very hot, fresh, and tastes amazing. The prices are $9.75 for large and 1 dollar cheaper for medium. Very recommend for people visiting downtown.
