OMG.......this place is amazing!! Homemade Italian food, you cannot beat that. The soup is to die for. Hard to find a good soup. The prices are very reasonable. The rice balls rock!! The pizza just melts in your mouth and the lasagna is as good as homemade. You will not be disappointed. Please go check out this place!! The customer service is top notch as well.
I have walked past this restaurant a zillion times only looking at the menu once out of curiosity. That was put to rest this evening. Friendly and VERY personal service that you will usually only find from a family run business not a franchise. Afterall a family's name is everything my grandma used to say.
There is a varied menu from appetizers, soup, paninis, pizza, pasta, latte, cappuccino, cream filled horn pastry, tiramisu and Pinocchio ice cream.
My favorite wine was unavailable so rather than the owner's son (one of three) tell me about the other reds available what does he do? He brings three ample samples to the table for me to try to help me decide on my wine selection? You might get one and at that you would probably have to lick the glass to get an idea of the taste.
Great customer service means going over and beyond what the average customer would expect. This place is a home run. Home runs also have to include great food, cleanliness and reasonable pricing. It does not disappoint.
I have now found a real foodie gem in the neighbourhood. $76 for two which included one drink each, main course and desert with Italian coffees.
Bon appetite!!
Delighted to visit the Panini's Italian Cucina in the neighbourhood and to be greeted by the same server since my last visit last November. Catering for vegetarians but not gluten free with an excellent menu posted right outside since Covid time. The Caruso brothers are friendly and happy to talk to customers even when busy. A range of drinks and coffees available with a patio to enjoy when weather permits. Highly recommend this eatery for pastas, pizza and salads etc. with excellent service and take out available.
We came for lunch and had a pasta and a pizza that were both exquisite, along with a pair of Italian brews. Great flavour and very filling, certainly more food than what was expected. Downside, it’s a very cozy venue but fills up quickly. There is a bar, but as you can tell the plates barely fit on it.
Was here tonight! Such amazing food! The pizza was amazing and the Alfredo was full of flavour! Staff is super friendly. Would totally recommend this place. Overall experience is a 5/5.
Get the Italian sausage pizza. You will not regret it. It’s one of the best pizzas in the city! Simply delicious. Ooo man, the bruschetta is just addicting you’ll be fighting over for it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great service overall.
Good and friendly service! The pizza was even good the next day for leftovers!
First time tryothis place, the food was absolutely delicious, the meatballs were perfect the lasagna has the best flavor, the pizza is yummy, and the calzone is fantastic! Yes we each tried each other's food, we couldn't resist! And the service oh boy, our skip driver forgot the Calzone at the restaurant and (I'm sorry I don't remember your name sadface ) I got a call to let me know we weren't getting it, then got another call saying he would find a driver to bring it to us, then one more call to say yes he did indeed find someone to bring it out to us. It is amazing customer service and again sorry I don't remember his name, but we got all are food and we were super thankful for it.
I am so happy that I ordered at this restaurant before I left Edmonton!!! I ordered their gnocchi on UberEats and I was amazed with the portion! This is the first time that I didn’t feel tired after eating all the gnocchi. I really enjoyed the pesto with gnocchi. I had a hard time deciding between their pizza or their gnocchi before ordering but I made the right choice :)
