I had the pleasure of seeing firsthand the care and quality that goes into Die Pie's meals. Serving regular and gluten-free pizza, their menu offers a wide selection of satisfying options. Having tried many gluten-free pizza crusts before only to be left with a gritty and unsatisfying texture in my mouth, Die Pie has won over this pizza lover's heart for their incredible pizza crust. Fluffy with an excellent light crunch-cooked to perfection, my mouth was beyond words...my mind was blown away. Very accommodating for those with gluten intolerances. They strive to provide for people with other allergens as well, such as soy and more.
To say the food is succulent and perfectly delectable would only just begin to touch the surface of flavors that ignite upon contact, with the tastebuds.
Serving Gourmet Pizza and other mouthwatering dishes, this restaurant is bound to set a new trend and become a true Vegan-Restaurant Legend.
I am not a vegan and would've been sceptical of trying this place but I had purchased their cheese and it was SO good. Everything was fantastic- the atmosphere, service and the food! Pizzas and macncheese was amazing and this will be my new go to pick up place (did I mention, I'm not vegan? 😬) I also can't wait to go for brunch! Highly recommend👍🏼
The pizza was amazing and the pasta was perhaps even better. Cheese board was completely worth it. We'll be back quite frequently I'm sure. I would recommend Die Pie to all food lovers, not just vegans.
Amazing service, great food. Prices may be a bit steep compared to other vegan pizza places I’ve been to (virtuous pie Vancouver), however noticeably fresher ingredients as amazing flavour. The buffalo chicken and donair were both incredible. The dessert cinnamon bun pizza was already really good.
OMG! The most delicious vegan pizza I have ever tried!!! At first i was like “mac and cheese pizza?” Ewww, well i ate most of it. The butter chicken was a bit spicy for me but the hubby love it. And my daughter got the pasta with salad! Ow and the pistachio ice cream dessert was to die for!(no pun intended)
Great service, great place! We left very full and happy!
Decided to check this place out as I’m always curious to try new pizza places, especially if they have gluten free options as my partner cannot have gluten. We started with the Spinach and Artichoke Dip with gluten free bread on the side and were very impressed! The flavours in the dip were fabulous, very creamy and garlicky, the non gluten free bread was AMAZING, it made me excited for the pizza! My partner also said his gluten free toast was great, crisp and well seasoned. Then we both ordered pizzas. I got the Zuccine Carpaccio special (zucchini, red onion, garlic/rosemary sauce, feta, chives, sunflower parmesan and I added artichoke to mine) and my partner got the Buffalo Chicken pizza on gluten free crust. The gluten free crust was quite good as I also tried it, I think it’s my favourite gluten-free crust that I’ve tried! For dessert we ordered the London Fog Creme Brûlée, we didn’t really taste the London Fog taste but it was still very good, and the gingerbread (gluten free!) was a highlight. Unfortunately we ate it so quickly I wasn’t able to get a picture! We will definitely be returning and recommending to as many people as we can!
Our expectations were high, but Die Pie still managed to exceed them! We had the Pierogi pizza and Buffalo chicken pizza, and both were top notch - best vegan pizzas we’ve had. In particular, the Buffalo Chicken pie was a standout. Highly recommend.
I tried Die Pie a month and a half ago for the first time, ordered the buffalo chicken and the pulled pork pizzas, and they were incredible. So flavorful and very filling. My boyfriend loved the pizzas so much as well that two weeks later I decided to order 10 pizzas for his birthday party. Needless to say I have tried all of their pizzas and they are all incredible. I love that Edmonton has more and more local businesses like this which cater to those of us who do not eat meet ❤️
A cute vegan stop for delicious flat crust pizza and more. While they have other menu options, as the name would indicate, their main squeeze is pizza and you wont be dissapointed. I had a gorgonzola pizza bursting with that blue cheese flavour. They sell cheese through retail also. My husband (omni) ordered a burger, and a tomato bisque soup. The burger was quite spongey and the flavour was lacking. It would have been better for them to do a thinner patty with more topping in his opinion. He prefers the burgers at Cafe Mosiac or moth, so something die pie can strive to improve. I have to be honest, there was a hair in my pizza. Its was pretty gross, but i brought it up to the server who took the pizza and had a fresh one made quickly. dessert pizza (banana and chocolate) was AMAZING. And i typically dont like sweet pizzas. Hoping they can resolve some of the cleaniness issues mentioned above also!
Amazing food and completely plant based. The food and house beverages are both worth enjoying. One of Edmonton's great vegan restaurants, an excellent choice for pizza, burgers, and other food. Check out their pages to see their specials. Can't wait to go back here again.
