The food was amazing! Went for breakfast & had eggs benny & bacon pancakes, which were both fantastic! The best eggs benny I have yet to have. Great portion size, & extremely friendly people! Went for dinner there shortly after, & same amazing food, service and people. It feels very home like, & I will definitely go back & highly recommend.
Absolutely worth the wait. We’ve been coming to Barb and Ernie’s for two years now, and are treated like family from the moment we walk in the door. Thomas and Char do an amazing job of running their team, and serving up great breakfast. The staff is friendly, very quick and always make sure we have everything we need. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for how great the food and service are!
Wow. Just wow! Food is excellent, customer service is superb and the portions are huge! Even though it was so busy, there was ALWAYS someone checking on us! We had the schnitzel- literally can feed a village with how huge it is, Belgian waffle- soooo soft & fluff, and the eggs benny- omg that hollandaise sauce is something else! Super impressed with Char's curry ketchup is incredible! First time here and will definitely make this a brunch staple in the future!

In this german restaurant Meat is dominant on their menu. When you walk by the tables, you will see the meats in all forms. OK, I am not very excited about this part. However, on one of my vegan friend's recommendations, I went back there to try their vegan breakfast. They had a good V. Pancake, very fluffy but I wish they will had less spices. Home made vegan sausage, a vegan coconut Whip cream and Apple butter are also homemade. Would I go there as a regular so often? Probably not as a vegan but I am sure the food is good enough for others that you need to wait on the lineup for 30+ minutes.
Barb n Ernie's is a landmark. It's a very unique experience. The food and German draft beer is second to none. One of the best places I've ever enjoyed breakfast at. Their staff are friendly and fast. You have to go try it.
This place is amazing! I'm sad I didn't go there sooner. Food was amazing as well as service! Huuuuuge portions and they have frozen meals to go as well!
