We celebrated my "I won't say what number" birthday here this past Sunday. It was one of the best celebrations I've ever had! Live music from The Hawaiian Dreamers, topped with a delicious brunch (not even a word of complaint from anyone at our table of 10 discerning eaters), and fantastic service from our waitress. I had the Blueberry pancakes and tried the banana bread, which was also amazing. Very impressed, we'll definitely be back again for brunch and dinner!! Thank you, Blue Chair.

Perfect place for a date night! It’s been a couple of years since we’ve been here and it’s just as amazing as it’s always been!
The food is incredible, the drinks are delicious, and of course you can never go wrong with some live music!
Also, the service is top notch! It was really busy in here when we went but that didn’t take away from the whole experience.

This has always been one of my favorite neighborhood gems. It's small but never feels cramped. Even on its busy days I've never had the sense that I've had to wait an unreasonable time for service. The wait staff are always pleasant to interact with and I feel like they enjoy what they and don't seem so over extended that they can't spend a moment or two with you. I love the fun environment with the multicolored lights and miss matched dinnerware. The means always taste like a home cooked meal. Now one of these days in going to check them out when they have a live music show😁
Food was super tasty and the sangría was delicious! They have live music different days of the week and the service is fantastic! Also, they have real home made habanero mango hot sauce to go with your dish! Absolutely loved this hidden Ritchie gem!

Thank You to all the staff at Blue Chair, Wonderful night for a party of 23 to celebrate an 85th birthday, the Food and beverages were Fantastic, Our Waiter Sam did a great job. and the entertainment was very fitting. Thank you for all you did.
We were here for lunch and it was good. What caught my interest was the small stage in one corner. Apparently they have entertainment in the evenings. I Invision a guitarist playing gently while you enjoy your dinner. I dont really know but it's worth a return visit to find out.
Visiting from YVR Island and went for brunch with my sister. Tried the Huevos Rancheros and was mildly disappointed. Tortillas were dry/hard on the edges and shredded lettuce covered up the goodies. No rice or potatoes. Tasty but meager compared to many others I've had.
