Love the patio! Me and my best friends came here on a pub crawl and after being at 3 other places tonight I felt great about camping here at one of their awesome patio picnic tables taken care of by Christina. Tuna tar tar was a great snack, service was fast attentive, she was really relatable I loved her. When I am downtown or recommending a spot DT this will be it
I was here on Saturday after the Cariwest festival.. First time here after hearing numerous people rave about the Mac and cheese. Upon arrival the choice was clear, Mac and cheese would have to be tried. That is until I saw the epic compilation of butter chicken and poutine. I almost shit a bird at that point. With no wait, and food out within minutes, there it was in all of its indo-Canadian glory. What a treat it was. Forget the Mac and cheese (which was also good). My heart now lies with this dish, I am not a foody and by standards am pretty picky. But fuck me this concoction was legendary. Kudos to who ever made this dream a reality.
I came in last night because it's across the street from my hotel, I had a gift card, and it was cold and I didn't want to go far to eat. What did I have to lose?
I came in tonight, because the food, the service, the atmosphere, everything are great!!
Last night (Friday) was as busy as might be expected. I was seated quickly (at the bar, at my request, so as not to tie up a table for just myself). The service was friendly, prompt, and professional. The Beef Dip came up quickly and was excellent!
Tonight was quieter, but same great service & food. The Chicken Fettecini was excellent!
Oh... And one of the best parts is the really reasonable menu prices.
Next time I'm in Edmonton, I'll be in. And, I might even try it at home in Calgary.
