Very pleasant ambiance to begin with. Kind service and the best part is the food which is amazing as well. We tried spinach and cheddar omelets with a kale mango smoothie.
Now that we have a little one, and we require some different add ones, Cora’s turned out to be the winning spot. They give you colouring crayons and sheets for the kids, have booster seats, get you in and out quick (in case of meltdowns), and the food is solid for the price (3 egg smoked salmon Benny for just $21). The fruit is still a great feature with the savoury dishes. Hash browns are decent but could be a bit better. Service was great they are very attentive to the patrons and the needs of the kids.
My first breakfast in Edmonton! I was so pleased with the cold weather yet got the warm welcome here in this restaurant! Food was great, so many choices. Servers we're so friendly and approachable.👌🏻
Breakfast restaurants based on eggs are a Quebec fetish. I've been to small breakfast joints that have a more varied menu and somewhat better food than the Cors's chain. Unfortunately, Cora's is the only Quebec restaurant specializing on breakfast/brunch/lunch chain that has the courage to bring the fetish out of chez nous to we westerners. God Bless Cora's for that.
The menu is great - our favourite every time we go is the fruit crêpe. Vegetarian can be tasty. It's so good that we've never come close to trying anything else but there's something for everyone on the menu. Cora's is great for groups but I doubt that they would take reservations. And there's our only quibble. The lineups can go out the door on holidays when everyone seems to want to sleep in and go out for breakfast.

Tuesday morning family breakfast. Our whole family enjoys the fresh fruit, not to mention the other lovely breakfast delights. Our coffee was never less than half full, friendly staff, super clean. A great treat.

Great Breakfasts!. We really enjoy this place. The downside is there are always lineups every time we come....which stretch outside the door. Usually this turns us away and we end up going elsewhere. The upside is that if you do lineup, the staff are very organized and get your name right away and seating is really quick. Also, even though it is really busy there and the tables are somewhat close together, it's not overly noisy in there,...which is nice. The food is always good and so fresh...and the fruit is beautifully done and a good variety,..not just your average cantaloupe and green melon. Definitely our favourite breakfast place in the city right now.

This is absolutely the best breakfast restaurant I have ever been to! The food and fruit smoothies are so fresh and delicious. There are so many selections on the menu, options for everyone! My favorite menu item are the raspberry crepes. However, it is sometimes hard to get a table and lineups are often out the door.

There is child menu as well. Portions are large and price is reasonable.
We went at 9:30 AM on Sunday, and it wasn’t that busy. But after 10 AM I saw a waiting line out of restaurant and got super busy (which is bz of great food and service).
I have been here many times over the past years and 3 things have continued to impress. Firstly the quality of the food is fantastic; the fruits are always perfectly ripe and beautifully presented. Second, you never wait for anything. The food arrives quickly and coffee refills offered often. And finally and most importantly the place is very well run with a warm friendly vibe. The wait staff are just lovely to interact with given that it’s early morning 😃

We came in unannounced- with 12 people. We got accommodated in a heart beat with a great smile by the manager himself. We then got *Tina* as our server. Tina is knowledgeable about our dietary restrictions and the most patient human. She got our every need and remembered everything, double checked, asked about the kids, fast and all that with a great smile on her face!! They really made my day!! Thank you!

Always satisfied with breakfast. Benedict eggs are my favorite. Lots of fruits aside.
