The restaurant is small, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The service is friendly and prompt. We had the chicken satay, pad Thai and red curry with coconut rice. All of it was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

I'll preface this review by stating that in 2017 I spent 2.5 months in Thailand traveling through the North and South.  As such, I've tried a variety of the food there cooked in the various North/Central/South styles.

Food: Excellent but underspiced

Having tried many of the Thai restaurants in Edmonton, Loft is pretty much the only place I'll go for Thai cuisine these days.  It has the most authentic taste of any place I've found in the city and they do an excellent job with their meals.  My only issue is that the level of spice that they add is very low and you'll need to ask for significantly more to get some heat and that is from someone who normally isn't a fan of spicy food.   On the plus side, you can always ask them to increase the level of spice when cooking and if it still isn't enough for the extreme spice lovers, they can bring some chili to the table as well.  Also, while I understand that it is a Northern Thailand specialty, I'd really love it if they added Khao Soi to the menu! :)Service: Excellent

Service at Loft has already been spot on.  Quick, attentive, polite, respectful.  I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here.  If you require anything, they are always happy to help.

Atmosphere: Trendy and cozy

Loft has a small, trendy space.  While they only have 10 or so tables, they have them in so that they can get as many people in as possible without it being cramped.  Overall just a nice space to have a delicious meal.
