Same old. Same old :)
Consistently the best place in Edmonton for snacks and beers. Christine is a peach. How someone manages to stay calm and run a kitchen that well, is one of life's gr eat mysteries. I am loving the creativity with vegetables now but I know, once winter comes, I'll be stalking Biera like a veg starved zombie!
FAB is the best lager in town. A lager with flavour, who'd a thunk! ZES is a fanatic's dream, a delicious wheat beer consistently tweaked to perfection. WPA is bound for great things, and ESM is a hop flavour explosion that manages to restrain the bitterness, remaining approachable to all palates. DEB is not something I'd normally drink, but it is probably the best beer for pairing with the sourdough bites and that lovely cheese. It's as if it was designed for it. Also recommended with caramelized flavours like the lovely carrot dish we had on Saturday.
Go now. Go often. Always something new to enjoy.
We had a fabulous time at Biera. The staff was charming and answered any questions about the menu. The food was beautifully presented, flavorful, and unique. I loved the fresh rhubarb drink, sour dough bread, and beef. My 9 year old tried every dish we ordered and gave them thumbs up. The big windows and decor simple and funky. Can't wait to go again! Thank you for a wonderful evening!
Absolute brilliance. Atmosphere combines upscale and market day casual - The Ritchie Market is where real humans with kids, dogs, and bikes come to shop and to interact - and now they have the opportunity to interact with a wonderful craft beer and local food showcase. Beers are lovely, team is passionate about service and defining their interaction with the customer. Much welcome addition to Edmonton!
