I am editing my review. After a bit of a disappointing experience a few months ago (original review below), the Manager of the restaurant contacted me and offered to make it right and make it right they did!! They gave us a gift card so we could try them out again and even included movie tickets to make up for the movie we missed from our last visit. This was an awesome gesture and displays fantastic customer appreciation! We went back last weekend. I made reservations again and we were seated right away. Our server was very polite and professional and did a great job. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri which was soooo good! The food came out quite quickly and everything was so delicious. The steaks were melt in your mouth tender and the rest of the meal was equally as good. I'm glad Nick reached out to us to offer us another try at this restaurant because it was really good, the prices are fair and we look forward to going back. You have definitely earned your place back on our date night spots list! We were pretty disappointed at the whole experience. We made reservations because we had movie tickets for after dinner. We arrived a few minutes early, they told us our table would be ready in a couple of minutes. The whole point of making reservations is so you don't have to wait for a table. Almost 20 minutes later we were finally seated. My butter knife was dirty, just water spots but still pretty gross. Once we were seated we waited another 10 minutes before our server came to our table. He was great but you could tell he was very busy, perhaps he had too many tables? We ordered our drinks which took another 10 minutes to arrive. By this time we were worried we weren't going to have enough time to eat and make our movie. We let our server know this and he said he would do his best to get us out quickly. We were not offered any water and had to request this. Finally our food came more than an hour after we had arrived. We both got soup for our starter, different kinds. Both were tasty but neither was barely lukewarm. When the main course came both steaks were cooked beautifully but the rest of the meal again was barely warm. They said they would bring us new sides but by this time we just wanted to eat and leave in hopes that we might still make our movie on time. They did take 2 cocktails of our bill in effort to correct this. In the end we did not get to our movie on time and they would not refund our tickets so we were out $25 for that. Needless to say we have crossed this restaurant off of our list for our date nights. Such a shame.***********
