Freshii

Hit or miss location with service and delivery. For those that want to order ahead, this location is on UberEats and Ritual. Food quality is consistent to the other chains though. This location is inside the Bloor Islington Plaza and located around the corner from the Tim Hortons and Sobeys. This location is slightly odd with the arrangement of ordering as sometimes the waiting line spills out the door. Also, they have very few seating inside the store. The food quality is consistent to other Freshii locations. The service sometimes is really miss as the staff cannot be bothered to pack up your order. Some staff sometimes struggle with the difference between Salsa Fresca and Pico de Gallo (which is the same thing) that is used between different ordering apps. Once had a staff not even give us the side that we asked for as they didn't know what it was nor tell us that they didn't include it. Their soups are decent and the chicken broth soups do appear heavily oiled when the oil separates and floats to the top (which is normal). Otherwise, good location to access to via the Islington TTC entrance for the Bloor Islington Plaza!

Great food and a great service! A gentlelady and a gentleman gave me a warm greeting and accommodated a soup to my needs to due my special situation. Highly recommend!
