Coming from Ontario and relocating to PEI I can tell you the service and food at this Boston Pizza is amazing (The quality of food and service were horrible in Pembroke, ON. Angie was kind, attentive and accommodating...nothing was an effort. The nachos were great...the Viva Italia pizza is one of the best BP has had in some time...my new favourite. Will be back again for sure.
The restaurant was very busy when we were there and the service was still top notch. Friendly waitress! Food was delivered incredibly fast for how busy they were. Food was also delicious!
Always very accommodating wait staff. Our appetizer came out quickly and the meals were delicious.
Always recommend the Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Cactus Cut Potatoes & Thai Bites, they're delicious!
Had a great meal. One person had Big Dipper and I split pizza with my daughter. Was busy on Friday evening, but staff were very good. Also, added Pizza bread which was very tasty. We had a 50/50 pizza with spicy perogi and bbq chicken. Both sides were well done and it is nice to be able to have 2 pizzas in one for variety. Everything was excellent- thank you.
Pre-show dinner at Boston Pizza worked great. Arrived at 5pm with no reservation and were seated quickly in a booth. The servers were friendly and prompt. Drinks came to enjoy prior to our 4 meals. 2 of the meals were delicious chicken parm with a wide variety of sides to add to it.
No room for desserts. Ample time to get downtown Charlottetown to catch our show.
I haven't been here in over 10 years because the food wasn't great. Went back last night. This time the food was amazing. Best I've had anywhere in a long time. The waitress on the other hand, she had no interest in being there last night. She kept avoiding us, taking one persons order, then walking away, coming back 10 minutes later. No Please or thanks yous at all until the end when she figured out we were not impressed with her and was just trying to save face. I figured it may have been an off night until my son in law said she was their waitress the last time they were there and she was just as horrible.
Food was much better than last dine in pre-covid. Could tell they were understaffed but our waiter made sure we had all we needed as fast as he could. Still too expensive for what it is though, would love to go more often but I just can't afford it when it comes to over $100 for a table of 3.
