Had a great meal. One person had Big Dipper and I split pizza with my daughter. Was busy on Friday evening, but staff were very good. Also, added Pizza bread which was very tasty. We had a 50/50 pizza with spicy perogi and bbq chicken. Both sides were well done and it is nice to be able to have 2 pizzas in one for variety. Everything was excellent- thank you.

Pre-show dinner at Boston Pizza worked great. Arrived at 5pm with no reservation and were seated quickly in a booth. The servers were friendly and prompt. Drinks came to enjoy prior to our 4 meals. 2 of the meals were delicious chicken parm with a wide variety of sides to add to it.
No room for desserts. Ample time to get downtown Charlottetown to catch our show.

I haven't been here in over 10 years because the food wasn't great. Went back last night. This time the food was amazing. Best I've had anywhere in a long time. The waitress on the other hand, she had no interest in being there last night. She kept avoiding us, taking one persons order, then walking away, coming back 10 minutes later. No Please or thanks yous at all until the end when she figured out we were not impressed with her and was just trying to save face. I figured it may have been an off night until my son in law said she was their waitress the last time they were there and she was just as horrible.

Was extremely disappointed with all the food. Their chips were half raw, the chicken in the burger had no taste, and the ribs were quite frankly disgusting. It definitely seems like a lot of the food is frozen and reheated. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
On the positive side the waiter was very nice and understanding about our complaint.

A terrible, irresponsible restaurant with clueless staff members that don’t know how to communicate with customers appropriately. I’ve had to send back my food and drink twice because they sent it out incorrectly. The overall quality of this establishment is 2/5, in my opinion, and I'm being generous with that rating. The only staff member that was kind, patient, and communicative was Eric--and I thank you, Eric, for serving me well.

Food was much better than last dine in pre-covid. Could tell they were understaffed but our waiter made sure we had all we needed as fast as he could. Still too expensive for what it is though, would love to go more often but I just can't afford it when it comes to over $100 for a table of 3.

Chicken wings were 5 stars but I would rate the ribs less then one star if I could. Don’t know how I paid 30 bucks for 6 wings, a rack of skin and bone, below average veggies, and fries. I love BP but stay away from the ribs y’all go drive you ass to Swiss chalet

Coming from Ontario and relocating to PEI I can tell you the service and food at this Boston Pizza is amazing (The quality of food and service were horrible in Pembroke, ON. Angie was kind, attentive and accommodating...nothing was an effort. The nachos were great...the Viva Italia pizza is one of the best BP has had in some time...my new favourite. Will be back again for sure.

Average service, average experience. Waited to sit, waited for menu, food did come fast. Ordered nachos, was a large serving but seemed to be thrown together with most topping on bottom of plate. Power went out while dining (not restaurants fault). Was not asked if I wanted more water. Seemed very busy. Went to pay and had to go to another counter as card reader not working.

The restaurant was very busy when we were there and the service was still top notch. Friendly waitress! Food was delivered incredibly fast for how busy they were. Food was also delicious!

Well I put my delivery order in at 8:20pm to specifically be delivered at 9:45pm I live not even a 5 minute drive away, 10:15 rolls around and still no food , so I call and buddy on the other line says the order was never processed and put through to the kitchen and he passes me to a manager who tells me it was a technical mistake and he would wave the deliver fee, take 10% off the order and threw in a peice of cheesecake . I was nearly sick by the time I got my food because it was so late at night but I'm happy with how the situation was handled .

One of the lady waitress , she was very rude, she do not even know how to talk with customers. Not acceptable at all 0/10 . She did not even listen properly from customers . Need to train staff how to behave !!!!

Had a great meal. My fiance and I shared Southwest flatbread and I had the Big Dipper and she had the lasagna. Staff was absolutely awesome. Definitely coming back again and again and again. Keep up the great service!

Very good service. Good food been going for the past 2 month every Tuesday for businesse. I'm in PEI every Tuesday and don't have a complain for the bar side very good ppl. Food come quit never waited for more the 10 min.
