Perfect service delicious vegan special dish for the veg it up week.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Mavors last evening. The meal was wonderful-- every single thing was delicious, we felt it was excellent value for our money. Our server Katie was also excellent; so a thoroughly lovely evening!
The only down side was that although there were lots of empty tables, we were seated in a very brightly lit area on rather uncomfortable chairs. There were candles on the tables, but they were not lit, nor were the lights dimmed. We will definitely be back, but next time when making the reservation we will ask for a table in one of the other areas that looked much more inviting, with softer lighting and plush armchairs.
Hate to complain at all, since overall we had a great experience, but just a little more effort with the ambience is the one suggestion we would make.
Best seafood chowder in the world - and I’ve travelled a LOT. Other food is outstanding, so is service. And a bunch of appetizers are half price after 9 pm. Saw the Anne of Avonlea show and dropped by for snacks and drinks after - lovely surprise!
Went for dinner last night. Our server, Melanie was great. My scallop risotto (the special) was to die for. My husband's steak (with the extra $6 mushrooms) was good but not $40 good.

Went for lunch. Interior and decor was very nice, beautiful art on the walls. Food was delicious and high quality. Service was great, we were in a large group but our server was excellent. Would definitely visit again.
