We are visiting PEI and while walking along. We came across The Old Triangle pub. So we decided to stop in for an early dinner. It was a nice surprise that they had some authentic Irish music being played by musicians. We grabbed a high table in the back. A cold beer and a bowl of seafood chowder was on the menu for me. The wife got a half sandwich and a cup of the chowder. I have been sampling chowder all over NS for the last week or so. I can say without a doubt, that this was the best seafood chowder I've had in a while. I truly enjoyed my dinner as did the wife. The beer was pretty good also! Our server was wonderful and friendly. She helped make our visit much better than it could have been. This was a truly nice surprise I wasn't expecting when strolling along and coming across this nice pub. But I'm so glad we decided to enter and give them a try.
