When we came to white spot today it was really nice and quiet. The place wasn't busy at all. I was able to go around and get some nice photos and videos. The food was great excellent. The service there was exceptional considering it wasn't busy. Our server frequented the table quite often to ask if we needed anything. I will definitely go back here for great deal. This is a good spot for affordable food and family gatherings. I would definitely recommend white spot.
I am a big fan of White Spot. I've always loved their burgers so I do have high expectations for the restaurants. This location was good - it was not bad at all but it was not my favorite.
I tried the fish and chips for the first time in a long time and my mom had the salmon burger. My meal was mid range - again, not bad but I'll go back to burgers next time. The salmon burger was very impressive and extremely well received. Lots of "mmm, yum" and "this is literally delicious" from that side of the table - and the beers we tried were very good. I loved the stout!
I just have to say that this place for 5 stars for how they dealt with an issue. It was a small issue but required the plate be sent back. The servers and manager were EXCEPTIONAL and so nice with dealing with it and made several apologies and genuinely seemed apologetic. Really appreciate the high level of service and care the employees showed here. Food was good too. Thank you.
I took my Father-in-law here for lunch. He is wheelchair bound, so that is an additional layer of difficulty. We didn't have to wait too long to get in, but the waiting area was full and we didn't have a good spot to wait and the automatic door kept closing on us. Once we were seated in a booth, all was well and we did have a spot to store the wheelchair. The service and food was lovely, and portions large. The atmosphere, well the isles are narrow for a wheelchair but passable. They had a sign out front asking for applications to work there, so are they short handed? There were many tables not bussed, and this does impact the general feeling in the place. Despite that, the food was good and service excellent. I would go back!

Place is clean and food is really good. I did however feel disappointed with the coffee. Was on the weaker side. Rather then that all around a good experience. Will be back.
Delicious place to get food!! I’ve always loved whitespot as a place to get food. So today I passed by it and decided to get lunch here. It exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and the waiter was very nice and friendly. Only took like 10 minutes to get my food and it was delicious. If you’re looking for restaurant with a lot of variety and quick and friendly service I would recommend this place. Also, the food wasn’t too expensive!
A very nice branch, pretty close to the motel 6. The staff were super friendly and did their best to prepare our food based on our preferences. The salad was a bit on a salty side, but still good. The milkshakes were pretty standard.
White Spot is a Canadian restaurant chain based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Best known for its hamburgers and Pirate Pak children's meal. There is also more inside YYJ ( Victoria International Airport) If you pay for the parking, you will get $1 discount when you order anything from White Spot. It’s always so nice and fresh ! I love it ! I Hope everyone else enjoys this restaurant as much as I do! There’s always excellent service and delicious food! Everywhere is very nice and clean ! That is one thing I trust about chained business, because they carry out higher standards, qualified chef and kitchen staffs ! Not like other Restaurants where the cook wasn’t even a cook before, you can just tell from the way they cut their meat and vegetables!
Great new menu! Lots of healthier options, including vegan. One wish, please being back the South West chorizo hash. Truly too delicious to have been removed from the menu.
This family style restaurant exceeded all my expectations! Our food was really good, the server was great and fast. The only thing that was a draw back was the company of the other families that were in there. Very loud, belching and rude but that's not the fault of White Spot.
