Excellent Pub Food. The place seems like kind of a dive bar and the service can be a little lacking at times but the people there are friendly and the pub food is outstanding. Everything I've ever tried, the wings, pizza, nachos, you name it, has been outstanding. The prices are good too.

Best kept secret. The Black Lion Pub has wonderful daily specials. Their food is reasonably priced and very good. My husband and I are becoming regulars there. We love being able to walk there so that we can have a drink or two and not have to drive. We're not sure why more people haven't discovered it yet. It must be one of those best-kept secrets. Oh well - our gain. We never have to wait for a table.
Great Local Pub. Went to Black Lion over the weekend and had a great time. We have been there several times and never leave unsatisfied. The quality of the food is excellent and the prices are beyond resonable. Good selection of beers on tap and a good karaoke on the weekends. Keep up the great work!
Karaoke, bingo and drink specials! What more can you say? Other than the hosts are incredible and the food and service are equally as great! Perfect way to spend a Thursday night. Thanks guys! :)

Awesome Food!. I used to go to the Black Lion every week, and I guess the management or owners changed since the last time I'd been there (It had been a while!). But I went last week and the food was amazing! I used to like the food, but now i LOVE it. The service could be better - it was pretty slow even though it wasn't very busy, but once the food came and we got our drinks it was a good night. Also, they have shot specials every Saturday night!!!
