We absolutely loved this place. They have some unique ramen types, a few that don’t have pork broth base.
We tried the Green Curry and Tom Yum [both with Seafood], both were so unique and delicious.
Also, the Takoyaki was authentic and amazing. They have 2 beers on tap and 2 in cans, sticking to what works.
The service was attentive and kind. We’ll 100% be back.
I really like the texture of their noodles, it’s not over cooked and really nice. The quality of their chasu was questionable though and I don’t particularly enjoy having raw kale in ramen. But overall, the ramen was decent. I’m sad that I don’t see the unagi poutine on the menu anymore.
I really liked the karage chicken, would come back again.
This is a nice addition to Kensington. We started off with the fried oyster mushrooms which were the best! We also had chicken skins, these were bland so we asked for some garlic mayo and that helped. I ordered Miso Ramen with chicken only and it was delish! My friend had the cold Ramen and it was so pretty looking with the little shrimp.
Jayden, our server, was very helpful and super friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful with wooden accents. The bathroom could use some work but overall it's a wonderful little place and I recommend checking it out!
