Best pizza we've found in Burnaby. They don't skimp on the cheese nor the toppings. While I was waiting for my pickup order, the owner showed me the high-end ingredients they use. We ordered all four of the specialty pizzas and they did not disappoint! When I mentioned I add my own cold anchovies at home, he insisted I take the ones they stock--wonderful.
This is real pizza in my opinion, one of my favourite spots. The chefs best is amazing and so is just a regular pep and cheese. It's greasy pizza, lots of stringy bubbly cheese and toppings. One of the best I've had in BC.

We have found our go to Burnaby pizza place FINALLY!. We have lived in Burnaby for around 7 almost 8 years now. Now, Romano's is good but I think the crust is a little different since the change of new owners (Even though they say they kept the cook) and the cheese was not always right with the other few places we have tried...too rubbery. I prefer an actual restaurant pizza to the fast food fare of Dominos, Pizza Hut and Panago. The quality of a pizza is normally better at a restaurant so our last try was Viva Sue. It was amazing. The cheese is a bit of a salty one which I have always loved and they do not skimp on it. I also loved the crust. I noticed a few comments about it being too oily but I did not find that it was. It was a titch oily but I like it like that so it seems to be a preference. We also ordered a Greek salad and it was one of the best Greek salads we have had from a delivery restaurant. The delivery time was a bit off. More than 45 minutes but I don't mind the wait when it is going to be good. They are not a chain for heavens sakes so be patient!! We will definitely be going back.

Just picked up a pie and YUM! It was de-lish! I can usually eat a small pizza but not this one. I could only eat half, which means great things for lunch tomorrow! Good amount of fresh toppings and an amazing price compared to other well-known pizza houses. I will be back!

It's what pizza looks, smells and tastes like in your dreams! Their classic formula of thick toppings and endless cheese makes it one of the most hearty pizzas available in town. Been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I don't even bother with other chain pizza places as they simply don't satisfy.

I highly recommend! This may even be my new fav pizza place. Their pizza does not skimp out on the toppings - chicken breast chunks, lots of cheese. I loved the deep dish crust.

REAL pizza ! It's no coincidence they are still here after 37 years ! It's because the pizza tastes extremely great. I remember eating here about 6 years ago, we brought in the whole soccer team and ALL slices disappeared ! Everyone loved the food ! I drove past the other day and I just had to try the Super Sue. (memories) Deep Dish style, just the way I like it, they don't skimp on the ingredients either, totally loaded, stacked with meats & excellent light textured cheese but stringy and delicious. Nice dough texture, not thin crust ! It's more like the famous Chicago style with a nice flavour. This pizza is NOT for those who want a thin crust wood fired boutique morsel lightly stacked fashionable low calorie flavour .... Viva Sue is the definition of a proper deep dish delight. Yes, it'll be a bit greasy, yes it'll be a bit fantastically gooey and somehow stringy at the same time ! It is an age old tradition of quality ingredients and a recipe that defines this style. I strongly suggest that you get this amazing deep dish pizza out of the box into open air and onto a proper plate as soon as possible. A deep dish pizza will get soggy if you don't get it on a plate fast. Once out for presentation, It won't last long .... enjoy this place, I've been to many great pizza establishments, I like Viva Sue, for my taste and preference of Chicago Style Deep Dish loaded pizzas, Viva Sue is among the best (and possibly the best) of this style that I have ever had.
Great pizza. I love this style of pizza. Hearty and hella cheesy. They definitely do not skimp on the toppings and they are very friendly on the phone and in person when I picked up. Would order from here again.
New costumer here. Just got a pizza today and believe when I tell you this is some good pizza I was surprised how much flavour it had. Will definitely buy again and I recommend you do as well 😉
My work just ordered several dozen pizzas from Viva Sue for a lunch function today . I have never had pizza from your establishment before but I will be ordering in the future for sure Thick but Not to thick, lots of toppings and cheese , both in quantity and taste! Crust was perfect . I was impressed with your pizza !!!!!
