Whenever I have to grab food on campus I always come here. I have eaten more cheese and crackers from this place than I have in my entire life! Everything they serve is amazing and fresh. I have never been disappointed! So, so, so happy that this place is so close and so amazing!!
Love the vibe at this new trendy place. The customer service is friendly and genuine. I thoroughly enjoyed the Boccincini salad, the hand-made gnocchi and recently the fabulous garlic, pancetta and black olive pizza!!
I most definitely recommend you try this place out, if not for a bite then for a tasty and healthy cold pressed juice! Just a hop and skip from Harmony Square!
Every meal I've ever had from the Kitchen has been delicious. Smoked wings last night were the best I've had. Still thinking about them. Super Fresh ingredients, the menu is always updated with new options and the customer service is great. Well done Guys!
Truly a diamond in the rough. You walk in to an inviting and warm atmosphere, where staff greet you with a smile. the food is beyond what you would expect. Clearly the owner has a deeper understanding of the ingredients and the flavours that go into the food. to top it all off there are several infused water jugs available. I would highly recommend this restaurant whether dining in or taking out.
This place has the oddest hours! It seems to never be open for dinner... but it is a great lunch spot.
For those of you with dietary restrictions, there are very limited options for those that want to avoid wheat, or meat. If you need an accommodation the staff are usually very good with changing up what goes in the food, but you may want to come in with a plan. I recommend any of the sandwiches!
Excellent food, nice to have real ingredients used. Excellent textures and flavor. Some how they make a sandwich that when you take your first bite, you wonder how can this taste so good? It's just a sandwich... But it tastes awesome!!
Love the food, love the vibe and the service. The premise for The Kitchen is fresh and local food. That is exactly what they deliver. I've devoured the quinoa wrap twice now. It has the best combination of flavours. They also have a great variety of beverages to pair with your meal. There are cold items to take out like wraps and salads as well as freshly made hot food options. While some items are staples on the menu, it changes depending on what is in season and what is available locally. The pricing is at par with other local lunch places . The excellent quality and quantity are well worth the value. A must try.

Fine dining, home made quality food in an inexpensive, friendly, and local atmosphere. For our quick stop lunch, we had delicious brisket and beet salad. Highly recommended and we will definitely come here again.
