Every meal I've ever had from the Kitchen has been delicious. Smoked wings last night were the best I've had. Still thinking about them. Super Fresh ingredients, the menu is always updated with new options and the customer service is great. Well done Guys!

Truly a diamond in the rough. You walk in to an inviting and warm atmosphere, where staff greet you with a smile. the food is beyond what you would expect. Clearly the owner has a deeper understanding of the ingredients and the flavours that go into the food. to top it all off there are several infused water jugs available. I would highly recommend this restaurant whether dining in or taking out.

This place has the oddest hours! It seems to never be open for dinner... but it is a great lunch spot. For those of you with dietary restrictions, there are very limited options for those that want to avoid wheat, or meat. If you need an accommodation the staff are usually very good with changing up what goes in the food, but you may want to come in with a plan. I recommend any of the sandwiches!

Excellent food, nice to have real ingredients used. Excellent textures and flavor. Some how they make a sandwich that when you take your first bite, you wonder how can this taste so good? It's just a sandwich... But it tastes awesome!!

It has the best combination of flavours. They also have a great variety of beverages to pair with your meal. There are cold items to take out like wraps and salads as well as freshly made hot food options. While some items are staples on the menu, it changes depending on what is in season and what is available locally. The pricing is at par with other local lunch places . The excellent quality and quantity are well worth the value. A must try. If you are a coffee junky like me, this is the place to get your fix. The good kind of perfect blend, decorative leaf design, on your perfectly frothed cappuccino fix.

Fine dining, home made quality food in an inexpensive, friendly, and local atmosphere. For our quick stop lunch, we had delicious brisket and beet salad. Highly recommended and we will definitely come here again.

Fresh, fast, friendly and delicious! Brett is an amazing chef, and the menu is being revised constantly to reflect the best available ingredients. If you haven't gone yet, you're missing out!

Whenever I have to grab food on campus I always come here. I have eaten more cheese and crackers from this place than I have in my entire life! Everything they serve is amazing and fresh. I have never been disappointed! So, so, so happy that this place is so close and so amazing!!

Love the vibe at this new trendy place. The customer service is friendly and genuine. I thoroughly enjoyed the Boccincini salad, the hand-made gnocchi and recently the fabulous garlic, pancetta and black olive pizza!! I most definitely recommend you try this place out, if not for a bite then for a tasty and healthy cold pressed juice! Just a hop and skip from Harmony Square!

Tonight we tried takeout and was amazed how delicious everything was. I had the smoked striploin and my wife had the pan seared salmon. Great portion, great flavours, great price. Definitely will be returning.

Very nice little place. Staff is very nice. I went for lunch with a friend of mine. I had a small salad, perogies and fresh pressed pineapple juice. The food was fresh, well presented and very tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back!

After hearing about this place from so many people, I was excieted to try it out for myself. Once I got in, I was immediately made welcome and shown the different ready to go selections and other menu items. Super simple and straight forward. With so many yummy looking things, I finally decided on the ham and swiss with arugula and apple. Incredible!!! Oh and they had a lemon merigne tarts so that also had to happen :) The portion sizes are big and prices are great too! My new go to place for lunch!!

Just tried the kitchen yesterday. I had the chicken BBQ Pizza and the bacon and egg on a biscuit. Delish! All the staff were very friendly, great atmosphere. Thanks!

Great welcoming atmosphere! My daughter and I went and our food was delicious. Relaxing place to eat. Fresh and local as possible is also wonderful. Brantford needs more places like this! They also do take out. They gave me some cards for work so people can call and see what's on the menu for that day for a quick fresh lunch option. People can also swing by and grab a fresh sandwich from the cooler or one of the lovely salads for a last minute lunch as well. Great job! We really enjoyed our lunch and will be back again.

It was my first time in the kitchen and i got food to go and it was amazing food full of flavours everything just went together perfectly i cant wait to try other stuff from there

What a great place to go! LOCAL restaurant using LOCAL ingredients as much as possible. Cozy atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, and reasonable prices. You have to go and experience it for yourself!

Amazing freshest of fresh food. The smoked meats are just out of this world ! For our family functions. The catering has been top notch each and every time !

Great food, very tasty! Very friendly customer service, and reasonable prices. Only thing is it's in a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood, so walk there with a friend!
