It was Father’s Day s celebration so we decided to head out to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Bowmanville for Blizzard Treat ice creams. This is our first visit to this location. It is an exceptional destination for family hang out location. Their customer service is truly remarkable, ensuring a delightful experience for every visitor.
The restaurant is very clean creating a pleasant environment for customers to enjoy their treats. The overall atmosphere is great, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy your ice cream. Furthermore, ample parking space is available, adding convenience to your visit. The presence of excellent outdoor seating further enhances the experience, allowing us to enjoy our ice cream in the open air.
Among flavors offered, our personal favorites are the irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard Treat and the classic Banana Split.
I would recommend this place for your family and friends hangout location will undoubtedly be returning to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Bowmanville for more of their delightful treats.

We ordered a birthday cake for my grandson. The fellow who worked with us was so busy. A ball team came in just after us. He was so professional and ensured we were looked after and also helping with the other orders
Nice place to relax near to the highway. Quick service and good food and ice cream. Must visit place they also have patio.

This is a review of a review! Zoltan this is for you! My husband and I were #20 and you were order #21. For someone to complain about not turning the blizzard upside down and the unnecessary violent behaviour is nothing less than a terrible 2 year old tantrum…. If this is what you need to complain about you need therapy my friend. You should act your age and have more class…. Also the way you treated a new trainee the way you did, is appalling, if I were the manager who was exemplary in the way he responded , I wouldn’t have been as kind! The way you responded shows a serious lack of education and politeness as well as patience….
Staff are friendly and helpful with picking food items when you can't decide. Store is clean and staff are very quick to get you through the drive through and when you go in the store they seem to bring in the right amount of staff needed for the rushes.
I'm not sure what happened to make Zoltan lose it here but I've always had a great experience at this DQ location.
And Zoltan, your behaviour -which has been noted in social media- was marked by other customers as a tantrum, regarding a poor kid who was being trained. All because the kid didn't turn the Blizzard upside down. Surely that isn't the reason you let loose.

Everyone working was so extremely kind and understanding with all my different questions. THE BEST DQ I'VE BEEN TO. Would highly recommend!!
