Review Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Bowmanville

It was Father’s Day s celebration so we decided to head out to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Bowmanville for Blizzard Treat ice creams. This is our first visit to this location. It is an exceptional destination for family hang out location. Their customer service is truly remarkable, ensuring a delightful experience for every visitor. The restaurant is very clean creating a pleasant environment for customers to enjoy their treats. The overall atmosphere is great, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy your ice cream. Furthermore, ample parking space is available, adding convenience to your visit. The presence of excellent outdoor seating further enhances the experience, allowing us to enjoy our ice cream in the open air. Among flavors offered, our personal favorites are the irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard Treat and the classic Banana Split. I would recommend this place for your family and friends hangout location will undoubtedly be returning to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Bowmanville for more of their delightful treats.

I’d like to give Aiden a shout out for always being amazing!. Whenever I come through the drive through which is almost everyday he’s always been fantastic. We ordered a birthday cake for my grandson. The fellow who worked with us was so busy. A ball team came in just after us. He was so professional and ensured we were looked after and also helping with the other orders

Nice place to relax near to the highway. Quick service and good food and ice cream. Must visit place they also have patio.

This is a review of a review! Zoltan this is for you! My husband and I were #20 and you were order #21. For someone to complain about not turning the blizzard upside down and the unnecessary violent behaviour is nothing less than a terrible 2 year old tantrum…. If this is what you need to complain about you need therapy my friend. You should act your age and have more class…. Also the way you treated a new trainee the way you did, is appalling, if I were the manager who was exemplary in the way he responded , I wouldn’t have been as kind! The way you responded shows a serious lack of education and politeness as well as patience….

Staff are friendly and helpful with picking food items when you can't decide. Store is clean and staff are very quick to get you through the drive through and when you go in the store they seem to bring in the right amount of staff needed for the rushes.

I'm not sure what happened to make Zoltan lose it here but I've always had a great experience at this DQ location. And Zoltan, your behaviour -which has been noted in social media- was marked by other customers as a tantrum, regarding a poor kid who was being trained. All because the kid didn't turn the Blizzard upside down. Surely that isn't the reason you let loose. C'mon man.

Everyone working was so extremely kind and understanding with all my different questions. THE BEST DQ I'VE BEEN TO. Would highly recommend!!

I always have the best experience at this DQ location, by far my favorite! The staff of young adults in my opinion go above and beyond! Always a smile on their faces, happy and cheerful! I have never had a problem with my order, they always get it right! Everything is always fresh and delicious, Absolutely no complaints here! Keep up the great work!

I had such a wonderful experience at the drive thru here! The happiest, sweetest kids are running the place, and they completely made my night going through. They get along well, and all admitted that they love working there. So great to hear! Oh, and our blizzards were perfect!

Honestly it was the best fast food for a while until the portion size went down and the price went up.

I had chili dogs and the chili was terrible didn't taste like chili at all . I shaould have stuck to ice cream !!

I know we were there early, we thought you opened at 10:00. We came to buy a cake and were going to wait. My boys found the automatic door button, I peeked inside to see three working inside. Someone looks at me and gestures to her wrist watch. There's no need to be rude, I know your preparing to open, but you could have actually talked to me or even waved to acknowledge that we were there.

The smell of there tables and seating area is aweful Quit using same cloth would help

We printed off a coupon from the KOA App that states on the coupon. Enjoy $3.00 OFF a DQ Blizzard or an 8 " Cake or larger. ( exact wording from coupon) After waiting five minutes while they went to check with one manager the. Went and called another manger they decided not to accept the coupon because the wording didn't seem right. It's not my fault the coupon isn't worded right and we have used these coupons several times at other locations with no problems.
