We had a family dinner today with our kids and the food was AMAZING. 5 stars plus for the food. But 4 stars in general as we had to wait a while for our food to come in (around 50 mins) which was too much. But when food arrived it was worth it.

Went for my 30th birthday and had a good time. The ambiance was lively but I found it difficult to engage in a conversation due to the level of the noise.
The food was good, although my vegetables would have been more enjoyable warmer as they were not as warm as my steak. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his salmon.
We substituted extra vegetables for our potato/rice sides and appreciated that there was no upcharge for this. Portions were great with lots of vegetables.
I understand what other reviewers mean when they said that the food comes stacked on top of eachother making it difficult to cut the steak without veggies falling off the plate.
Our server was also very attentive and checked in frequently.
The one downside, is the state of the washrooms. Felt like a nightclub washroom that could have been better maintained.
Overall, given the location, we were happy with portion and value for money. 4 star review to reflect the washrooms and loudness, but we will be back when in Blue Mountain in the future!
Awesome experience. This started with the two guys who were the host, they were very polite and accommodating. Our waitress was amazing but sadly I forgot her name. I’ve been to Copper Blues in the past and the experience never seems to disappoint. The staff seem to genuinely care about the experience and it shows in the service.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. Asked to move tables for a more shady spot and room for the stroller and it was no problem. Ordered the prime rib sandwich and copper burger. Would recommend the burger but not the sandwich. Found some of the meat in the sandwich to be very dry and hard. The bun was white doughy. I am not used to having the au jus thick with a strong beef flavour. The thick burger meat was cooked perfectly, a tinge of red, and the bacon and cheese complimented it well. Fries were hot and crunchy. Large out door patio.
Came for Mother’s Day and while getting a table was relatively quick (outside of lunch time) however the food did take a bit. The copper burger and fries was delicious.
This is an interesting restaurant.

-More to that, they are excellently situated at the centre of blue mountain village.
-Another merit, they have a digital menu😋 which helped us( family and i) to serve time and was quickly served.
The decor of the restaurant has been made in an attractive atmosphere where there is a stunning wall photo which eventually transport you to a new world. I like it 😀.
-Lastly, what they offer as foods are delicious and flavorful.
*Nevertheless, employees should improve their strategy to work together with clients, so to avoid the act of forgetting their orders when serving.
