We decided to try the side door for a girls brunch this Sunday and couldn't have been more impressed! The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and cool and the food and mimosa's are on point! The banana bread French toast is to die for! We will definitely be back, I need to try the breakfast poutine next time!
The more we go to Michael & Marions, the more it is quickly becoming our FAVOURITE downtown place to eat! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, and the food coming out of the kitchen is remarkable! I would recommend making a reservation there for lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch 100%!
For our Sunday Brunch we decided to try Michael and Marions. Having ate there for dinner many a time I was hoping that my brunch would be just as amazing. I was not disappointed.
My husband had the eggs benny, which he thought were fabulous. My 8 yr old had the two eggs and commented that the eggs were better than Daddy's and that's saying something. (We only eat farm fresh, free range eggs.) having an egg intolerance makes it difficult for me to usually enjoy brunch. I had the Flatbread, and it was amazing. Very filling and tasty.
Overall I would recommend Michael and Marion's for any meal, but brunch was definitely something I would return for.
