You know...I love Kenzingtons, BUT, the owner, Brandon, needs to get things right. I hate to have to be writing on here negatively, but if that's what it takes, then so be it. There have been many issues with this bar that have not been addressed. Brandon has expanded himself with other locations, and good for him. But...he needs to deal with the upkeep on the Dunlop location. For the past year, or so, the main floor, woman's restroom, far stall, has not been flushing properly, and by the end of the night it doesn't flush, at all, and overflows. Yuck. The coat check room door is off its hinges and runs amok. The past two months I have come in expecting food served til 12AM, as they advertise. Well, if it wasn't the freezer broken, the fryer not working, running out of food, etc., what the heck. Bands don't show up, or just walk off after a couple songs. Tonight, Saturday, August 11, 2018, was the last straw. Sometimes people need to be shamed before they spring into action. Action gets reaction, and the non-action, has brought my reaction. I came in tonight at 10:45PM, expecting to have something to eat before being able to put alcohol into my empty stomach. Well, surprise, surprise, the kitchen was closed. The wait staff is great, and we came up with something to put into my stomach, or I would have had to leave. When it was time to use the washroom, none of the toilets were flushing. There was no running water. Brandon, you need to fix your problems. I love Kenzingtons, and like I said, the staff is great, but the facilities need to be great too. Please fix the long addressed issues that have been neglected. Sorry I have to do it this way, but nothing else, ie telling staff continuously, hasn't worked. Thank you.

Out visiting from California and have to say the food and service was on point. One of the best burgers I've had and the onion rings were beyond good. So glad we found this place.
Enjoy the Prime burger, nice slab of Brie with Dijon. They give two smashed patties , I’ll be honest the patties were dry. But the overall toppings of the burger were good. The sauce they provide for fries was so delicious, a concoction of mayo ketchup and pickle juice is amazing. They need to put that sauce on their burgers as well. Overall good experience.
One of the best burgers I've ever had. I had the Dublop beef burger on a gluten-free bun, swapped out the goat cheese for cheddar cheese, and it was 👌 the servers were friendly and attentive - overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place!
Nice and cozy interior. Came here based on an Imgur post about the Brie & Fig burger and wanted to try it. Fantastic burger. Great fries and enjoyed the dipping sauce for them.
Edited 2022.04.19: realized that I'd ignored what my predictive text put in for the burger (Bride & Five).
I give this place a 4.7, but since there are no decimals I will round up to a five. The double patties are genius burgers were great. Waitress, Melissa was super helpful. My only feedback is it might be a little too expensive but it's still great. I loved the food.
My husband and I visited last Tuesday before the most recent provincial dining restrictions took effect. The restaurant was in full swing for a Tuesday night and despite being severely severely short-staffed the staff on hand absolutely killed it! They maintained an admirable balance within a full-house setting - patrons were greeted, orders were taken, small talk was made. They handled every interaction with poise and grace despite surely being exhausted. Due to the kitchen also being presumably understaffed and backlogged we were forced to take our meals to go as we were on a tight time limit. The young woman who served us was so apologetic for the delays, but there was no need to apologize, we were still just as happy to take our meals home. The service and food were excellent! The staff working the evening of Jan 4/22 should be celebrated for their wonderful service and perseverance despite being visibly run off their feet. Wishing you all the best and look forward to dining in your restaurant soon!
This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The burgers were great, juicy, flavourful and most importantly tasted fresh (not frozen for a long time). The sides and the one and only dessert were delightfully interesting with unique twists. I can imagine how cute this place in a quaint town during spring and summer.
We very much appreciate the friendly and attentive service.
And a bonus since we dined late at night on a weekday, we had an impromptu dancing right by our table.
Will go back? Yes.
Will recommend? Yes
Downtown has really struggled with the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. This location offers a variety of dining areas including patio dining . The staff are friendly and happy to be open. The food is excellent
Everyone was smiling.
Sean was probably one of the best servers I've ever met....his charisma helped--but he was SO fast, never forgot about anyone at our table, and we never waited for anything. Whatever we needed, drinks, food.... water....he was on it. And it was busy!
My dinner looked great and it was delicious.
There was live music...and they turned the lights down at the right time.
Fun night.
