Great experience from start to finish. amazing place and delicious food. Our server named Alysha she was so knowledgeable. From the starter till the dessert is so delicious. My brother told them it was my birthday so they even arranged an amazing dessert too. A must try place the meat is absolutely delicious.the best steak I ever had. Highly recommended. Will give 5/5 for the service, food and ambiance.
Great experience from the first moment to the grand finale. The place has a unique vibe, and our guide, Adam, helped make the most out of the experience.
The food was cooked to perfection, and we were pretty selective in how we wanted it to be delivered. The waiter was patient and attentive to all our requests, including French Fries that were not on the menu. The fries were served, and I have to say it matched all expectations of crispy and not dry. Starting from beef tartare, we moved to the perfect steak. The place has a fantastic selection of Alberta beef that will not leave you indifferent. Deserts are just as beautiful as they are yummy and are a great treat.

We had a wonderful experience dining at the chop house. From the champagne and sparkling wine sampling to the delicately crafted dessert, everything was lovely! Our server was very personable and we even shared our favorite cooking shows as we discussed wine pairings and the regional commitment of the chef and cooking staff. The ambience was elevated by the decor and view from our table with the backdrop of the mountain. Overall, a tremendous dining experience!
We had a great experience here after a challenging hike up Mount Rundle. The food was delicious and, Chris, our server was very attentive. I especially enjoyed the appetizers (the scallops and the tartare). The ambience was also excellent.

Great experience, great atmosphere and great food. Great service when we are very specific with our orders and sauces.
Very cool seeing our dinner start with a wine cart offering for selections of sparking wine. Food was fantasic and you certainly get what you pay for. They brought me horseradish upon request. Awesome experience. I will be back.
