Love the food! I daydream about dill dip! I must admit I was a bit devistated when the menu was cut, changed etc some time ago. However, everything I have tried on the menu since all my "go to food" and favourites have disappeared, has been delicious!! I have a vegetarian daughter, and a vegetarian best friend and the no stress no worry menu you accommodate them with is also THEE BEST! Last night I ur server was delightful, I wish I knew her name as she needs to know she is an amazing server. My only suggestion would be to add a side option to the Bacon jalapeño mac and cheese. The price doesn't reflect the portion size and I needed to order a side so my son wasn't still hungry. Otherwise keep up the greatness that keeps me coming back! ❤
Great service. Happy hour on Thursday is excellent with 1/2 price bottle of wine night and specials on their glasses of wine and food. Patio is also nice😊
Delicious and with great service. Prices are a little high, but that's only because the ambiance isn't there. If it was the same food and service and didn't seem like a minutely better Boston Pizza it would be great.
I've been here quite often and never once had a bad experience. Pretty much every Original Joe's I have been to has been great. The food is always tasty and the staff are usually super friendly. My boyfriend loves their chicken rice bowl and I usually get the pulled pork. They have lots of sides to choose from, my personal favorite is their crispy fries and dill dip. :)
Favourite place to eat. Come here all the time, it's my favourite restaurant in town. Service is always awesome, super friendly and helpful! Food is always amazing! Recently, my boyfriend and I went and his meal took 45 minutes for whatever reason. I understand that shit happens at restaurants so we weren't upset but super impressed on how she handled the situation! The server let us know that is was taking longer than it should have which was nice because then we were in the loop of what was happening. To top it off she was super apologetic and took care of his meal!
We were on the outdoor patio on Saturday and had another excellent meal. Great food and great service.
Pretty good. I've been here twice now. The first time I had a burger with some poutine and then six months later I had a chance to go back. I tried this huge damn hot dog and had the poutine again on the side because it was so good last time.
The poutine did not disappoint. The hot dog quickly turned into a sloppy disaster after a couple of bites but it was pretty tasty.
I'd definitely return here again to try out more menu items. I'd like to get off the poutine just one time to try something different but I'm afraid I won't be able to. Haha.

As for the prices, I think they're reasonable for the portions you receive. Nothing exceptionally fancy here. The menu is perhaps a bit smaller than some places but they still have a nice selection, if that makes sense.
Plenty of comfortable seating, fast and polite service, food gets right out to you in no time at all.
Try it out. I doubt they'll disappoint you.
Best in town by far. Not sure what the last blogger is talking about? best food in town and value. Service is exceptional every time i go? Cold fries ? never for me. Its the only place in town that hand presses fries daily, not out of bag in freezer. Fresh food with a down to earth atmosphere.Highly recommended
I have only gone for half price wings on Mondays and Wednesday but most of the time they have been good. My partner on the other hand loves them! The good flavours are salt and pepper, hot, and sweet chilli, the others are not very good. I have also tried some kind of turkey sandwich which was a disappointment since the bun was so hard I could barely bite though it and the turkey was ice cold and dry. I have also tried the jalapeño mac and cheese which was good but my service at the time was so poor and I could not get a glass of water to cool my mouth off with. Furthermore, there was three other couples in the place at the time and three waitresses! Poor service, good food.
We stopped in for dinner.. My wife and I stopped in for dinner last night around 6PM. We've been to Joe's before. It wasn't full when we arrived but it filled up fast. This did not affect our sevice at all. Again awesome service and our Steak Sandwiches were done to perfection.
Absolutely love it! :) I had the thai sub and it was hands down, the best meal I've had. Very impressed :)
All around great time!. My Husband and I were just going out for a quick bite to eat last week. We had been to Original Joes before in Alberta but never the Abbotsford location . My husband tried the grill cheese burger which he loved! And I had the roundhouse burger and also enjoyed it. Food and environment aside, our server was fantastic and was so entertaining we ended up staying for 2 hours and taking a cab home. If you are looking for a night of great food and entertainment go to Original Joes, especially if you can get James T. to serve you (hes also very easy on the eyes).

Can you ever go wrong with cactus club?? We did the Dine out Vancouver menu and it was above and beyond. The prawn roll was incredible and just enough to fill you but leave you wanting and of course the butternut squash ravioli is a classic favorite. I was so full by the end of the meal that I had to take it home for later 🤤
The food selection is a wide swath of options, not sure what category I’d place Cactus Club in when it comes to food. They have sushi, steak, burgers, lettuce tacos.. the list goes on. Lots of seafood options. It was just an eclectic mix.
I went with a salad because I’d been eating out so much and needed some greens. They obliged happily to split the salad, so my partner and I could both get in on it. Overall their service was amazingly attentive.

We celebrated my parents anniversary and the experience was fantastic! Our waitress Tina was unreal, had all of our orders perfect, was super friendly and very punctual. She also had a perfect little dessert brought to the table for my parents. I would highly recommend asking to be seated in her section. Great job and great food!
Had an excellent meal for 9 and the food all arrived at the same time, hot and delicious. Had a really nice dinner and the wait staff were attentive but not too much, friendly but not obnoxiously so. Lots of food choices but limited parking. Afternoon happy hour was pleasantly fair priced and had some really really good options. Dinner for 9 still caused sticker shock but that's to be expected in these inflationary times
I meet my dad for lunch here once a week and our experience is made by our server Madison. She is the reason we keep coming back. She is attentive, kind and makes us feel like she looks forward to welcoming us back. She remembers the details of our orders and checks in on conversations or things we had said the week before. She is a bright light at that location and even if week after week I may not feel like eating the same thing we will continue to be back as it’s such a sweet experience for myself and my dad due to her.
