The guy was thoroughly mopping, so you know this place is clean, and that woman was so gentle and generous with all of the portions on my sandwich. This place has my whole heart.
Grandson went here recently, said he tried the new wraps and enjoyed them. Quick service and good food at a good price.
The thing I like about this Subway is that the staff wash their hands before handling your food. It's not something I would even have thought to keep an eye out for, but they're fairly conscientious about it and I really appreciate it. Other than that, it's nice and spacious inside, and it's never busy. I can always get a quick sandwich, no fuss no muss.
Good food and service. Haven't been there since the pandemic started. Big tall guy on nights is still there. He gives great friendly polite service, same as before. Definitely deserves a raise.
Employees are kind, fast and efficient, and tidy workers. They're conscious of vegetarian diets, and made sure to change gloves and clean the knife between my sandwich and the lady after me. Dining area is always clean, and never any loitering vagrants, unlike most downtown food places.
Subway very nice, was given a subway card. All the students were eating sub of the day.

Excellent service, although there is CoVid restrictions the staff was very friendly and approachable, and followed regulations by cleaning the fountain drink machine after every use. Highly recommended.
Best Subway location downtown. Clean and quick. Only downside is that it is so close to the UofW that 11:30-12:30 is very busy so beat the rush or expect to wait.
Their soda machine is also the fancy one where you can customize and add flavor shots. :)
Healthy options, quick to get your order, good customer service. Subway is my go to if I don't want to cook after work.
Yum really amazing sandwiches, it's also a cool place for late night snacks. Calm area for relaxing. But service is slow.
