My regular order is spring rolls, Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Hot Honey Chicken and a random extra to see what else is out there. The free chicken fried rice and deliver are a bonus. I am never disappointed, the price is great and the food is delicious. The delivery guy is a bit awkward but they always show up within the time quoted. I've never had a bad meal from here. Notable sides include bbq pork, Singapore Vermacilli and Szechuan hot beef. Highly recommend.
Always Delicious. We don't get Chinese too often, maybe 1-2 times a year.
Dragon River is always fresh and delicious! Generous portions and consistent quality.
No comment on their delivery service, due to the fact we always pick up.

Only Place I Order From Now. After years of trying many different Chinese food places, I got a flyer in my mailbox for Dragon River. After being disappointed with a lot of other places I ordered from I decided to try these guys. It was the best decision I have ever made. I have yet to be disappointed with an order.I live in the North End and my food on average arrives in 30 min. I think once on a baby bonus day I waited an hour (no big deal) since they usually tell me 45 min. My food always arrives super hot. I always have leftovers and one thing I like especially is the sweet and sour sauce does not congeal like every single place I ever had does.This will pretty much be the only place I order from unless I find something better but I highly doubt it. One last thing if you have left over rice put it in a Tupperware instead of leaving it in the foil pan it does not dry out then
New Year's Eve Disappointment. We love the Dragon River. But when we ordered in, the sizes of the round containers were at least two inches smaller. The portions are really small now. Some dishes didn't travel that well either.
The food was semi-cold also. Just wasn't worth the money. Really disappointed because the food and portions were superior in the past. When are businesses like this are going to realize that when you raise the prices with smaller portions, patrons will go elsewhere?
I love it!. One of the best Chinese places in the city. Not so tiny, very homey and personal. Food is great. I really love their hot and sour soup, it is really filling and perfectly spiced. As well as - orange chicken is awesome! And many more things!
Great food. Last trip at the dragon river..was excellent.. we did take out.. the dumplings were marvelous... very fresh.. were making them while we were there... great experience..
Love the place. I just love that place. Small and nice, seems I am in their kitchen, because girl at athe next table was making dumplings for sale, kids were runnung upstairs, etc. And - everything is so tasty and have that hame made food feelining and taste ;) Hot and sour soup is marvelous! And try chicken in orange souce, mmmmmm tasty!
