San Vito Coffee House is lovely spot to while away the time over a cup of premium coffee or a light meal. It's got all the charm of a European café right here in the neighbourhood.

I was here for my first time yesterday. I ordered a Spinach brownie (a Spanish quiche) and a 3-Cheese Grilled Cheese sandwich. The food was excellent! I would recommend checking it out if you've never been!
Tried this place for the first time with an old friend who just came back from Texas. We both ordered iced coffee and cinnamon buns and was really good.The place is cozy for casual or business meetings with very friendly staff and fast service.
The "Volcano" coffee is hands down one of the finest brews I have ever had. Food is creative, fresh & made to order. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Very reasonably priced. All this without having to say "grande"

I usually find myself here twice a week because of business in the area. Service is always quick and pleasant; coffee good and reasonably priced.....muffins and such are tasty. My only beef is they do have a loyalty program but because its done through the register you are never too sure when you,be hit ten cups unless you keep track on your own.
Nice place. The interior is warm, clean and inviting, the service was quick and the prices very reasonable. We tried the BLT and the salmon with cream cheese bagel. Both very tasty. Personally, I would add tomatoes to salmon cream cheese bagel. If I'm in the area, I would surely come in again.
Cute, cozy tasty. San Vito seems to be a St. James institution. I meet many of my clients there to discuss their mortgages. Having only had coffee before, I found myself there a little early and I decided to try one of the Vegetarian sandwiches.
It was really tasty on fresh foccacia bread. It was only $5.65 and was very tasty!
Definately try this place out!

A fantastic local coffee spot that offers soups, sandwiches, and even baked goods! The staff is wonderful and friendly, and Jill and Geordie are the nicest people you will ever meet!

Great coffee shop in St James. Delicious drinks and food with good prices. Staff are very friendly. They also sell whole bean and ground coffee for home use
The San Vito Coffee House is actually a pretty cool place to hang out. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but the people I go with say their coffee is pretty decent. I’ve ordered the hot chocolate and it wasn’t great so I wouldn’t recommend it. Some of their baked goods are pretty good especially their muffins. There are couches and chairs to use, though the foam and padding are pretty worn and uncomfortable. But they also have wooden tables/chairs which I prefer and are really the better options for seating. This place is good for studying, catching up with friends, etc. Pretty chill vibe overall.
Great family owned Cafe. They support local and so should you. Always great lattes and many milkshake flavors await. Good eats too.
Their coffee crisp milkshake is one of the best drinks I've ever had. I can't even bother to try any of the other flavours every time I've returned, it's just that good.
My favorite coffee shop. I live in bc, but I wish I had them there. I visit every time I come to town
