This place never disappoints. The food is fast, fresh and hot! My only complaint is that the staff could be a tad friendlier.

They have amazing food and staff, the owner is super friendly.
You can really tell they take pride in their restaurant.
i ordered off ubereats the delivery was only 2$ and bubbletea was a good price and yummy!!! they let me mix 2 flavours by adding special instructions and i asked for 1 straw for my 4 bubbletea and they did so :) the cups are sustainable and biodegradable so i’m really happy :) thank you vi-ann ❤️
Huge portions of authentic Vietnamese cuisine at blow out prices. Sitting in or taking out, the team at Viann are quick, friendly and make your food fresh to order.Loved them since they had their shop in Osborne Village and have been a frequenter for years. 5 out of 5
Excellent food, best bun vermicelli bowls. Both the deluxe and special. Iced coffee a must as well! You won't regret ordering any of these. A favorite!!!
Five spice salt pork chop, seafood chow mein, grilled pork on a bed of fried rice and Vermacelli bowls are to die for!! Big portions great price!
I really like the broth from their pho. it's the only place that i can sit and just drink the broth like it's water. This is actually the only place i like pho from.
Amazing soup! By far the best pho in the city! Would have given this place a higher rating except for the fact that I wasn't thrilled with the service. Didn't get water to drink (had to go find waitress and ask) only got 1 napkin, and again had to go find sever and ask for more water and napkins...so for that reason I scored less. If they are reading this, please improve your service. It's important!
I would've given this restaurant a full 5 stars if the service was good. The food we had was delicious! Though, the honey garlic chicken was alright. Too doughy. Beef fried rice was 👌.
Food is always fresh tasting, very well priced and delicious. Service isn't amazing when you eat in, but the food itself makes up for it. LOVE the vermicelli bowls.
For all the years I walked by it in Osborne Village, I never once visited Vi-Ann restaurant. I’m not sure why, although Spicy Noodle House has always been my Osborne Village stand-by. Then all of a sudden, in a controversial decision, it was gone. Eventually it re-opened on Notre Dame. However, it was only recently that I noticed the new location. This time I decided I had to make sure I tried it. So, in the last couple of weeks that’s what I did.
Have been coming here for years. Love the new location. the food is ways hot and tasty. Usually quite busy but staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite is the Vermicelli noodle bowls, always large portion and a great mix of meats and fresh flavors.
I visited Vi-Anne for my first time on September 11, 2020. It was also my first time trying Vietnamese food.
I was impressed at the amount of vegetarian options and an entire page of the menu was dedicated to plant based meals. I ended up ordering the tofu spring rolls and tofu with coconut sauce and steamed rice and mixed veggies. Both tasted amazing and flavourful!
The service was friendly and prompt and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was located in an old bank and had a simple and casual look. Looking forward to trying more meals here in the future!
