A pretty large group of us ate here on Sunday and it was pretty good. There are no surprises with the food here, it's a chain and the menu and the meals are very consistent (I've eaten at every Boston Pizza in the city, I think, mostly out of convenience). There is a lot on the menu besides pizza and pasta. I had the shrimp tacos and definitely enjoyed them. Others in the group had pizza, salads and pastas and everyone was happy. Even given the size (and volume!) of our group the service was top notch and friendly. Thumbs up.
Have been several times and had good food, good service every time. It's handy for is and is reliably consistent. The prices are reasonable and some of the portions are enormous. Good value.
Love it here!!! Servers are amazing!!! Particularly appreciate Jen in the lounge!!! She does an amazing job!!! Fun promotions and I just love coming here! Food is always good!!! I usually sit in the lounge, and a big thumbs up to those employees in there!!! It's why I keep coming back!!!
Good Atmosphere. I have a pool with my friends for season tickets to the jets game, and when ever theres a game in winnipeg and its not my turn for the tickets, my buddies and I head to the lounge, the Pizza is good and worth sharing and you cant beat the atmosphere anywhere else for the game, well unless of course you go the the real game.

Complain-complain-complain!!!. To all of you whiney babies complaining about kids being in the restaurant, it's a "family" restaurant - go elsewhere! Go someplace higher end where likely there won't be kids! Sheesh get over yourselves. My kids are grown adults now so not like I'm advocating for small children but get over yourselves, you were kids once too and quite possibly you had kids once. Kids are people too!
For those of you complaining about the loud tv's......hello.......they are all over the place, it's known to be a sports hang out....again go elsewhere. Somewhere that has no children, no sounds, no televisions and really high prices! It's family dining and a pizza joint - get over yourselves!
I've been to this one on Henderson 3 times; first 2 times were good, food was good, service was good, other people had kids there, folks were watching the Jets and hooting very loudly everytime they scored. I myself am not a sports fan and I no longer have small children but it is what it is. If I want peace and quiet, I can stay at home and eat alone!
The third time I went, not so lucky. Went with a friend who said she'd never had a good experience at Boston Pizza, at any Boston Pizza. I assured her this one was different. lol......well my food was great but hers, not so much. Her spinach salad came. Dry, no dressing, just spinach laying on the plate. The waitress brought a side of dressing? Really? We asked that it be sent back and made properly. It was done and the salad was good. Brought out her wings; salt and pepper. Sooooooo salty a horse would have been in heaven - they like salt blocks don't they?
Needless to I can't convince my friend to try Boston Pizza again...lol...but the manager came out, I made him taste a wing so we didn't look like whiney babies complaining about every dish and when his eyes watered after taking a bite, he sent them back....lol...they brought fresh ones, good ones.
It's a new restaurant, it's new staff, they're getting their feet wet. The staff are young. We were all young and learning on the job once. They want their tips,tnhey know that's their incentive to improve.
Get over yourselves people and accept it for what it is. It's family dining with young staff and sports enthusiastics.
As long as the food problems are remedied and the place is clean and the prices decent, there are bigger things to complain about in this world.
The manager did call, apologized and offered complimentary wings.
Give them a break, they're on a learning curve and you can always chose not to go back.
Perfect place to watch some sports on multiple flat screens, friendly staff, great food.
I enjoy going to BP for the atmosphere and to socialize with friends. I was at this location for the first time a little while ago and the customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Drinks were equally great. I loved the big orange slice that came with my Belgian Moon.
I was pretty disappointed, though, that my "honey dill" chicken burger tasted nothing like honey dill. It was almost like the sauce was completely forgotten. The burger as a whole was good but for the prices you charge I expect to at least taste the flavours as advertised.

Went in having a bad day and just needed to sit down and eat. My server, Dankiel, definitely made my day way better. Top notch server and I would definitely come back without hesitation just because of how much a good server he is. His smile is nice too.
Always get treated well here at our neighborhood BP. Service, servers and management pretty awesome. We go once or twice week. location, parking and bus route.The new menu is delish. Thin crust pizza and cinnamon roll dessert. Went for Mothers Day and sat on patio and hada great perogie meateor pizza and wine. Very nice. Went for dad's day and had new$ 4. App and drink menu on patio. Had to ask for menu. Did not seem to be handed out. Too bad seeing first week for it.. went tonite for annual fundraiser. Beer and pizza and prize tickets. Great deal
Great staff! It really does make a difference. Food was really good too. Tried the pierogi pizza and it was delicious. They also have a wide variety of beers and cocktails that I would highly recommend.
The customer service was beyond satisfactory. They have the best strawberry daiquiris. We sat at the bar and the bartender dankiel was friendly and quick with service. would definitely come back.
Dankiel is a great bartender. Always personable, friendly, and a great listener. Everything you can ask for in a local bar keep. He is prompt with service without being overly pushy, always has a smile on his face.
