I was looking for a bakeshop that is close to where I live and found this hidden gem! They serve coffee and they also have a small dining area. They sell European cakes and pastries. They are also local, and staff is nice and friendly. My favourite is the New York style cheesecake and Strawberry shortbread. A bit more pricey but worth it. Everything is made from scratch, and since it’s local too, it feels homey.
Everything there is wonderful, the staff are super friendly. Pastry chef is very talented. Best bakery in Winnipeg! Highly recommend I️t to anyone.

The pastries are a MUST for you to try! First time I was here, I ordered a box of the lemon cream tarts and the triangle puffs *drools.* I like the combination of a bit of crisp and cream with my desserts! The lemon cream tart is flavorful.
I received two half a dozen of cup cakes from my fiancee and family on my birthday 2 weeks ago - boy it was a lot of sweety goodness. My fiancee got the cupcake cheese cakes, he apparently told me prior to eating it that it was cupcakes that are also cheesecakes or something like that - but I wasn't listening. When I had my first few bites, I was like WHOA!!! It's a cheesecake!? It was so good! These didn't last the whole party, I was lucky to even grab just one. The other half dozen was just some assorted ones that my cousin had got me. I was able to have the last one - good thing I took a picture of it to show the world what the last remaining cupcake in my last half dozen looks like. So rich and moist! YUMMMMMM!
My cousin also gave me a bag of Amaretti di Saronno from there, all gone within a day (it was her substitution for french macaroons since they didn't carry them), but it was yummy! I'll definitely get here something from here when her birthday comes around too!
A friend recommended this place. I ordered a box of assorted pastries for 50 people for a pot luck gathering and everybody loved it. I would say the goodies has the right amount of sweetness. Affordable price. I like the European look of the place and smells good upon entrance you'll want to eat all the goodies-LOL. Nice, friendly staff and owner.

Worth a check. The place took over the old C-Cups spot and seems to be doing much better. The pastries are quite tasty and the birthday cupcake I bought for my sister was to die for. You can tell everything there is fresh and tasty. Definitely worth checking out!! Prices are a titch high but worth it if you are grabbing a little treat. :)
Excellent Bake Shop. Had more than a few items at Dolce - small and large - always excellent. The Applejacks, focaccias and cannolis are personal favourites. Ordered birthday cakes- fantastic. Need to try the lemoncello cake!
Love their cannolis! I will happily make a detour here for a chance to bring a couple home. Their cupcakes are fantastic, with incredibly soft, fluffy icing, and the pastries I've tried have all been good. Their dulce de leche is a bit too sweet for my tastes, but this has quickly become my new favourite bakery!

Num num num. I popped into Dolce for a quick peak one day a couple weeks ago and was completely Impressed from the second I stepped foot in the door. For those of you that don't know, Dolce is in the old C-Cups spot on regent. I knew, just from the appearance of the display of baked items I was in for a bigger treat then I was with those never consistent, tasteless C-cups cupcakes.
They cater to picking a variety of sweets in a box as well as speciality cakes and pies (they have cakes and pies ready for purchase in the self service fridge and also welcome special orders). They also offer a large assortment of sugar cookies, chocolate covered figs and other non-refrigerated Italian specialities.
My fav is probably their lemon and strawberry pound cake, along with their cupcakes and their cake pops are massive and to die for! The owner is charming and the staff is very helpful, and luckily for me patient, as I can be known to mull over the display a little longer then most to make my choices!
I noticed a great promotion on their signage on regent the other day. When you buy their pizza dough you receive 10% off the rest of your bill! Isn't that brilliant, so I took advantage (see signage works!) As soon as I rolled out the dough I noticed it was light and fluffy... Maybe they use a different flour? I don't know, but I can tell you hands down, it made the best handmade pizza I've ever made! (And I've bought Deluca's, La Grotta's and Diane's pizza dough, so I know my dough!)
If you haven't been, be sure to try it out! You won't be disappointed!

Very seldom can you walk through the doors of a bakery, and realize the authenticity. It's the fresh baked smell of home and memories that ignite your senses.
That's what my family and I get when we enter Dolce Bakery and Chef Roberto's efforts to be the best. His experience shines through this family bakery with a sweet history. If you haven't experienced the goods being offered, then you are missing out. I highly recommend a visit to either of their locations.
The smells and sights you experience when you walk into Dolce always make you salivate. There is a great selection of tasty treats and amazing cakes for your special occasions. This has become one of my favourite bakeries. I can't wait for the next holiday!
Great customer service, bought choc hazelnut cake, sooo good,moist, not dry, very flavourful and not over sweet. Reasonable prices, have cakes ready to purchase if needing cake without pre-ordering. Good selection, and pastry,cupcakes cookies there as well. Would definitely return to try a different flavor cake.
It's always great to come to this place! The pastries are amazing! I've ordered Christmas treats for my friends and staff, and everyone is always very impressed.
But the most special thing about this place is how they accommodate your requests. Roberto makes my husband's birthday cake every year. We order a "Dulce De Leche Milhoja". It is exactly like the one my mother-in-law used to get for him when he was growing up.

My favorite bakery! Not only do they do the most increíble custom cakes they are delicious and moist and absolutely perfect.
We needed a cake at short notice and they had a couple of different cakes left in their display case. We went for the Lemoncello cake, which our daughter and friends said was absolutely delicious. It was little expensive at $37 00 for the entire cake but worth it for such a piece of culinary artistry.
There is good, then there is great. Many places fit somewhere in that catagory. Special is a word for the those that go beyond great and who have already passed through wonderful.
Roberto and his team are just special.
Just a simple cake for a group of 4 or a huge cake for for a party of 80 each crumb is eye glossingly divine.
