I had Blondies for the first time today via skip the dishes. Best bacon cheese dog I've ever had and the poutine was made with a very generous portion of cheese and gravy. Extra special touch, the dog was wrapped in heavy duty foil and arrived very hot. If I could give my meal a 6/5 I would. I had no problem paying a premium price for this premium food! I'll definitely be in the restaurant for a burger and shake soon.
Can't stop raving about this place! Beautiful burgers that taste so fresh, huge orders of homemade fries and the best damn strawberry shake ever!!!! Sandy even made our shake when she was super busy! Our server was a fiesty fireball with amazing skills and the ambiance alone in that place is worth the trip! I was totally star struck and couldn't stop giggling when I caught a glimpse of Sandy in the kitchen!!! Run, don't walk, over there before she sells....just make sure you're hungry ;)
Shared a chocolate shake and fries and had the 1/4 blonide burger - only complaint was I should have ordered the 1/8 pound because after the milk shake there's no way you are getting through a large burger
You get massive burgers & shakes here I got the 1/4 pounder here & was by far the biggest 1/4 pounder I have ever seen was juicy with lots of flavor & had a hard time finishing it. I also glad I got a milk shake got the banana cause it was on special for $10 the regular price was $20 which is crazy expensive for a milk shack but was delicious.
It was not as good as I remembered it from years ago. The prices have skyrocketed. The burger was decent. The fries average. The shake is humongous and expensive. I wanted to give it one more shot before it closed down. Good luck Sandy

Took my boyfriend here as he is a fanatic about burgers, and wanted him to try it before it's sold. We ordered a 1/2 pound cheeseburger with fries and gravy on the side. My boyfriend kinda spazzed a bit on the prices but I assured him it was worth it. I will mention a 1/2lb burger cut into fours is the same size as a burger pretty much anywhere else. I haven't been here in awhile but fondly remember the past experiences when I've brought my son as its one of his favorite places. This tiny place is busy and you can tell Sandy is exhausted with all the people coming in getting a Blondies before it's gone. I will say this....buger is fantastic homemade and fresh. The fries didn't have seasoning and the side of gravy is an extra $3 it's tiny and it's not homemade and very salty. We asked for water as simply we don't have the room to fit a burger fries and add a Coke or shake so when we asked for a glass of water the waitress said bottled only and it's 2.50 for a .40 water bottle. That was new. I will say to all the people reading this as to look over the menu carefully, and if your going to get a shake ask right away what the prices are as they are not on the menu. Burger was great, the service from our young server was the bare minimum and she blew her nose in front of all the customers and didn't wash her hands which is a health thing in my opinion, so it's a good thing she didn't come back to serve us till we came up to pay the bill. I wish we had brought the kid with us as he would have loved to go a lot time. Good luck Sandy in Ireland you deserve a bit of paradise!
Love the burgers here! They're always full of flavour and juicy and full on messy…but that's what makes them great. Homemade fries and gravy (or poutine) are the perfect side. Have yet to try a shake because I doubt I'd have room for that as well as the meal.
Just the best. Hands down, best burger in town. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! I cannot wait to go back!! The burgers are perfect. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. Pure perfection.
I've been here numerous times and I've never been disappointed. If your looking for a fresh, homemade style burger you need to come here! One of my favourite burgers in the city. DEFINITELY recommend!
Great burgers. Deliciously made. The owner and the chief herself is nice too. She may seem a little crazy with all her riles and comments but her food is great and that is what the restaurant is for. And it is super unique.
Tried the grilled cheese & bacon, which you can't really screw up. It was delicious and I always love homemade fries. I found it to be a bit pricey for what I got. I also find the decor and signage to be a bit frightening and standoffish.
I don't understand the low review of this place. It's a great burger. It's fresh, homemade and is what a burger should be. I constantly hear how dirty it is but it's not, it's just the decor and if you feel that the lady is a (c u next Tuesday) than there is probably a good reason for her to be the way she is. Judging by some of the reviews and reasons why people are complaining, one can gauge who the real a**holes are.
