5 Stars aren't enough. My day had been going down hill and it seemed to continue when we went to your Boston Pizza. Being diabetic we ordered Diet Pepsi. Our server brought them to us but they tasted a little too sweet. We asked to make sure and she assured us it was. A couple of mins later she came with 2 new ones from a different fountain. These ones tasted more like diet Pepsi.
We ordered our meal (Bacon Crusted Ribs). Bonnies came and it had a hair in it and they were a little cool. Mine was a little more than luke warm but edible. We told our server Alex about the hair and the coolness of the meals and she removed Bonnies plate and said she would get a new one. Then Kris Parr (Asst Gen Mgr) came over to apologize to Bonnie and offered me a new meal as well. I was satisfied with just a reheat so she took my plate. Then she came and offered us salads while we waited for the meals. Bonnie had one. It was deliciously fresh and crisp (I tasted a little).
Our meals came (I had new garlic bread, veggies & fries) and they were hot and tasted excellent! Bonnie can't resist Red Velvet Cake so we shared one of your small Red Velvet Cakes. Again, delicious!
My downhill day ended at the top. Kris and Alex went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. In the end all Bonnie paid for was her Pepsi. The salad and our cake was even on the house.
A great big thank you to Alex and Kris for attending to us with concern, professionalism, and smiling faces. We'll be back!
We love this Boston Pizza! The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food is fantastic and the service fast and friendly! Our family meets once a week and have always been treated well here. I highly recommend this location for any type of family gathering.
Our server Jasmine was so amazing last night! Most friendly server I've had in a very long time. She was super attentive and made sure we were happy with everything all the time, even when she started to get a little busy. She gave off the most positive vibes. Super impressed!!
Such a great time was had. Servers were awesome. Dinner was awesome and of course the Jets win didn't hurt lol. And your cheesecake is to die for ��
Food was amazing and the service was awesome. The Kickin' Memphis Chicken Sandwich with the loaded mini baked potatoes were fantastic. As busy as it was when we were there, our server, Jessica made sure we had an enjoyable experience. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
This is a great tribute to the people in our lives who raise us up and show faith no matter what dumb shit we do.

Not into franchise food but I do like to meet friends for a drink and maybe a little snack. Love their white sangrias
Good pizza, good variety. Few other good menu items including the side salads and some appetizers like the flatbreads, wings and nachos. So all around a safe bet but not mind-blowing. Good place to grab drinks and watch a Jets game. Fun games, contests and big TVs.
Came here on a Sunday with a girl friend of mine. Arrived around 5:00 pm and started with the starter platter which came with cactus cut potatoes and cactus dip (my fav at BP), dry ribs, chicken fingers, garlic cheese bread, and I'm missing the other name of the other item, but it was pizza dough and melted cheese. I believe it was $26.99 or around that.
I ordered a small perogy pizza and friend ordered a small pizza as well.
I could've done without the pizza but figured I had to grab one since it had been a while. Plus I had leftovers the next day for me and the hubby to snack on.
It was good but it was missing something for me. Thinking if that pizza had cactus cut dip on it, that pizza would be pretty top notch.
BP is a little more on the pricier side for their pizza for what you get, but I don't mind coming here and ordering pizza once in a while. I usually opt for their sandwiches - brute or the buffalo chicken sandwich 👍 yum
Service was pretty good.
BP is a great place for groups, especially sports teams. My vball team and I go to BP after our games on a regular basis. With the team, we are able to get the team pizzas and team pitchers, which are of value! We are also able to earn BP bucks and redeem them at our future visits.
I was recently introduced to their Viva Italia pizza, and I fell in love with it ever since! If you're a meat lover and can handle mild spice, you'll love this! The best way to describe it is that it's a moist meat lover pizza with some kick! Viva Italia has been my go-to order ever since!
BP is also a great place to go on your birthday because the staff will sing you a happy birthday tune and get you a free brownie with ice cream for dessert!

Always a good time at Boston Pizza. This particular visit was very delicious.
My boyfriend and I got seated right away, the server greeted us in no time. We both got fishbowls which is a very large drink for a decent price, however it's mostly just mix. Because it's so big you can't taste much alcohol.
We ordered apps because for us, the apps are why we go to Boston pizza. Last time, my spinach dip was lacking quantity but was still delicious. This time it was delicious and huge! The Thai chicken bites are to die for and they had no problem removing the raw carrots for my boyfriends allergy.
The server was very polite and very helpful. As a server, I usually get annoyed when someone changes their mind and wants to order something different. However, this server was very accommodating and had no problem with his two undecisive customers.
This location was also decorated very nicely for the holidays. We will definitely return. Especially because I was too full to eat the Boston pizza brownie, the best brownie around!
Never a bad time at Boston Pizza, we love the fishbowl Friday promotion and get turnt here regularly. Their caesars aren't that good but I like the pickled beans. The thin crust pizza is the way to go because the regular one has no flavor. Their cactus cuts are good, so are the wings, individual thin crust pizzas, chicken bacon ranch flatbread and their desserts! It's open until 2:30 which makes it a good place to go after work or later at night if you want to have food and a drink. They have VLT's too. The staff in the bar is also really good and are actually mature respectable women rather than some of the really young girls working in lounges these days that are dressed in barely nothing and have no brains so that's always good. Also the bartenders are all good too. It's not fine cuisine or anything but it's good and consistent and fairly priced
Just Okay. Had an okay experience here. Restaurant was quiet loud and service was average. I enjoyed my food but the selection on the menu was nothing special. I would only come here again if there was nothing better around.
Great food!Had the rib and spagetti combo and was very satisfied with the quality and quantity!
For my Birthday I requested the Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo, but with the "bug and cheese" pasta, because I love bugs. They kindly substituted, and it absolutely madevmy day so much better!! Thank you, staff!! ☺️💙🐛

Impressed. Place was fairly busy and waited a bit long till our waitress came and we could order but no so long we felt like we’d been forgotten and it was still very decent considering how full the place was. Wings were hot and tasty, pizza was perfect and didn’t have to wait long for it at all. At one point I ran out of drink and was wanting a refill. She wasn’t ignoring us at all she was often checking up but I was eating hot wings and just happened to be between visits that I ran out. (I hate nagging waitresses when they walk by it’s not bad to do it I don’t think but it just feels rude) I caught our waitresses eye (who was very busy) and 10 seconds later she was there with a refill without me even asking. Insane service. Very friendly waitress and polite and genuinely nice. I’m a young guy with heart issues in town for some appointments and she asked what we were in the city for and I told her and she was wishing me the best and said she was hoping everything went well and it didn’t seem at all shallow, rather seemed like she was a genuinely caring person, who was doing her job and going above and beyond the requirements. Makes me want to work on being more unselfish and caring too. The whole experience made my day. Thank you and I hope to be back
Only great things to say about our experience this weekend with our hockey team. They put together a room for us at very short notice and did an expert job of serving--friendly, efficient, and fast! Thanks BPs!
Most delicious meals I would say I have ever had. Chicken is cooked perfectly, and the fries are peak. Very tasty food.
