Awesome service, fantastic staff always making sure everythings satisfactory. Whoever does the hiring there deserves a gold medal. Had a great fish and chips (compliments to the fisherman) few weeks ago, pretty sure will be back for more �

Me and my girlfriend went to Original Joe's at unicity, tonight. We don't get to go out very often so when we do its kind of a big deal. We've been there a few times and its always been good. However, most recently my girlfriends blackened salmon was under cooked, and my first thought was 'crap, i guess we cant come here again', anyway we brought it to the attention of our waitress and shortly after both managers showed up and apologized, which was nice. She munched on a side salad while waiting for the replacement.
However the big problem was i finished my kona burger and her replacement salmon was just showing up... get ready for the awkwardness to watch the other person eat. But, shortly after her replacement dish showed up i got a complementary creme brulee, so we dined together as intended. I just felt it was so considerate and despite the mess up, it seems like the managers did everything in their power to try to fix it.
We will for sure be coming back. Props to the managers for treating us like guests and not just customers.
Always great food, atmosphere and excellent service.. never disappointed :)
