I loved my burger,fries and service! I was in a rush and indicated that i needed my food fast. The server was super nice and ran to get my order when it was done. Which never happens and the food was amazing! Loved the decor and will totally recommend this place to my friends! ��

My husband and i decided to try this place out before a concert at the mts center. This place is Seriously our style, cozy, warm, and inviting. The bar tender was very attentive and was very knowledgeable on the food and drinks.I ordered the Ceaser salad (amazing, and different) . My Husband had the signature burger and fries. He really loved it, the sauce,the whiskied onions, the burger itself and the bun made it unique! We will be back again on date nights! This is exactly the kind of place downtown Winnipeg needs!
Great service and an amazing bacon burger! There where about 10 tables all being served by one lovely young lady and I got my burger in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely great experience and the restaurant atmosphere was warm and very inviting.
The Tipsy Cow is one of the newest entrants into the Winnipeg restaurant market. Located at 285 Portage Avenue, it’s the third restaurant to occupy that space in the last five years. I visited the space when it was La Bamba, but didn’t make it there when it was The Planit. Chips with a beet cream cheese dip, from The Tipsy Cow Appetizer menu.
A pleasant surprise!
Went here on a whim before a concert, and it was a relatively quiet hole in the wall so my expectations were low, but I can honestly say it was one of the best burgers i've ever had. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. I hope this place gets the recognition it deserves, its definitely a great little spot
A quaint little place right in the heart of downtown. Bartender was great. Very friendly. Great burger and some of the best fries we have had in a while. Good prices. Beer was local and cold.
Food was great. Felt bad for the staff. They were really understaffed before the Eric Church concert. Still enjoyed it. Would go back. Gluten free options
