One of the most spectacular restaurants I’ve visited in Winnipeg Downtown. The service is just incredible, all the staff members from the hosts to the waiters were amazing.
And the food was just brilliant. Tried two different types of steaks along with their oysters and everything was perfect.
Absolutely no complaints at all. It is a little pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service and the food was all very flavorful and delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection! Fun little presentation for our appetizer.
We had a FANTASTIC TIME tonight with Benjamin as our server. Everything was perfect, atmosphere, service and food. Cheesy bread was delicious, French onion soup was superb, steak and lobster was delicious and the sou vide chicken was very tasty. The service was excellent with great timing and every one of our needs were thought out and we never had to wave someone down to fetch something that was missing. We ended the meal with bananas foster which quite a performance and very delicious. We have done some fine dining in Montreal lately but none of that compares to this evening meal.
Great dining experience. When we arrived, the front staff were welcoming and friendly, and offered to take our coats. We were then escorted to our seats upstairs, where we were greeted by our waiter, Glenn. Glenn was very pleasant and attentive (refilled our water glasses when it was low etc), and answered all the questions that I had about food / drinks. The food was amazing and delicious. We ordered the oysters rockefeller, but they didn't have any oysters (due to the supply chain issue and the flood in B.C) so we were subbed with the bacon and scallops, we also ordered the steak neptune, peppercorn steak, and also ordered the bananas foster. Kenny, who prepared the tableside dessert for us was awesome as well. Overall, great experience and good food.

If you park your car nearby, don’t forget to give the parking ticket to the reception when you’re leaving, they will take care of it for you. :)
I enjoyed a nice Sunday dinner. First and foremost the service was excellent. The food was amazing as well. For appetizers I had the sautéed prawns, the sauce it came with was great for dipping the garlic toast into as well. I ordered the Beef Wellington with a baked potato. The toppings were served personally which was a nice touch. And Hys Famous cheesecake for dessert. I would highly recommend eating here. And will return again.
I find myself coming back here every 7 years or so. Sometimes it's an anniversary. Sometimes a birthday. But every time, the service is always the star of the show. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but the service is exceptional. These are career fine dining servers who know and understand the menu in such a way that they can suggest an appetizer perfectly married to the main dish you prefer. The best wine choice; rarely the most expensive. The whole operation from front to back reflects a commitment to the customer. A great place for a special occasion or to entertain special guests when in Winnipeg.
We went for an early dinner around 3:30 P.M. to celebrate. They were professional and we felt safe with all the protocols they do to keep everyone safe. They were also very accommodating for our request if wheelchair access would be needed. Their 20 ounce bone in steak was great with mashed potatoes! Very quick the process of ordering to our table. We suggest their creme brule be just a tad burnt on the top but overall the taste and texture of the dessert was good. Definitely recommend.
