Came to Eddy’s for my birthday dinner & around the end of our meal Eddy came around asking everyone how everything was & I had just mentioned it was my birthday & I wanted to try a place I’ve never been. When my meal was done my server came out with a cheesecake and enough pieces of baklava for me & my parents :) as well they played a happy birthday song on the sound system lol it was very sweet! Would definitely go back!
Found Eddy's mediterranean restaurant on TripAdvisor and the comments were no exaggeration. The food was freshly prepared and seasoned perfectly! Ever bite was so enjoyable. They have a beautifully decorated dining room with gorgeous artwork, lovely lighting and classic romantic music playing in the background. What made this resturant even more special was Eddy! He had a warm and sincere demeanor and a GREAT smile. No doubt he works very hard at making sure his customers have a wonderful meal and his efforts were definitely appreciated.
We travel all of Canada with our job and finding Eddy Mediterranean Restaurant in Windsor, Ontario was a HUGE bonus for us!! If you want healthy freshly prepared food for a very reasonable price combined with incredible service with a warm ambiance this is the restaurant for you! Eddy will not disappoint! We will definitely be back!
I was last in Eddy's when it was a small takeout place, but they have expanded with a dining room which is very cosy. We were there on Saturday night and there was live entertainment - a singer with a lovely voice and keyboard accompaniment which was very relaxing and never intrusive. The food was wonderful - the 3 of us had appetizers - spinach pie, falafels, etc plus a cod meal. The fish was tender with a light crust. The lentil soup was SO delicious and came in a large bowl - a meal in itself. I want that recipe!
Great service and good food. Was given a complimentary baklava! (Didn't get a picture unfortunately) 5/5 would recommend for a more intimate dinner or dinner with family.
We have tried Mediterranean food first time.. this place didn't disappoint us.. their service was really good and I have to give 10/10 for their desserts.. though they only have one piece each in every desert.. we have tried everything.. they are really good.. if you are a fan of chocolate, chocolate cake is a must try one.. lamb chops are really yummy and prawns too.. grape leaves and spinach pie are tangy but it's okay to try for first time.. overall this place is worth to try
A real hidden gem on tecumseh rd near mercer across from catholic central high school. From the front you'd never think it was as nice as it is. It's been newly renovated has a nice ambiance & sorta of reminds me of the old yee ole steak house years back. Food & service was a 10 & so was the cleanliness. We will definately recommend & certainly go again. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Amazing!!
We walked in and we were immediately greeted and seated. The server was so polite and kind. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a shoutout, because she was fantastic!
As soon as I opened up the menu, I knew this was going to be an experience. It wasn't a flimsy, laminated menu. It was solid, clean, and beautiful!
The food was amazing, the only downside being everything pretty well came out at once, but that's okay!
I had never had oysters with marinara sauce, so I didn't know what to expect, but wow! I would definitely come here if I had a craving for oysters.
Next up, the chicken shawarma platter. It was lovely! The chicken was cut up a bit smaller than I would have liked, but that didn't stop it from tasting great. The roasted veggies I ordered as a side were done up just right, and tasty.
I ordered shrimp skewers on the side, and they were good. There was a bit too much butter on them for my own personal liking, but that didn't stop them from being great. If a little lemon slice came with them, it would be perfect!
The only thing I didn't like is that they are not upfront with the cost of additional drinks, such as pop or iced tea, but yet again, we never asked. Would like to see these costs on the wonderful menu. I would definitely rate 5 stars if it weren't for this.
All in all, will definitely be going back here again.
Fantastic food, service was great everything appeared to be clean. There's a nice dining area in the back if you want to have a longer sit down or in the front for a quick casual bite. Excellent price for what we ordered, will be coming again.
We had dinner at Eddy's and must say it has been an absolutely amazing experience.
Love the interior where you can sit and have a meal, service was fabulous, but the food, hats off for the chefs. The meat was absolutely amazing. We were served with baklava at the end on the house. Absolutely recommend this place and if I come back to Windsor, this place is on top of my list.
Wow, what a fantastic gem of a restaurant. The food is spectacular, nice, calm atmosphere. Eddie really cares about making the best meal you ever had. Fantastic, authentic middle-eastern food. Could not get enough of the garlic spread.
WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It is our number one restaurant to order work lunches.
My boss always has the Salmon dinner and I have the Chicken Shwarma meal.
Portions are generous, flavor is out of this world, every bite intrigues your taste buds! And the prices are reasonable and well worth it! Thanks for keeping us fed!!!
