Found this unusual icecream shop on the main drag in Wiarton. Smokes, magazines, pool hall and very good homemade icecream.

This place undoubtedly has the best ice cream in Ontario. Family made!! Definitely worth a stop. Right now because of the situation, it is served in individual clear plastic covered bowls for take out. Interesting, imaginative flavours. Every one tasty. Pop in to Mel's bookstore two doors north so your ice cream doesn't melt in the sun. Lots of parking behind on the west side. Go through the walkway to the main street. Lloyd's has all the accoutrements of a smoke shop and magazines and newspapers too. BTW across the street, the Sally Anne is easily now four times larger.

For me it's sentimental. The memories of ice cream cones with my father as a little girl. Memories I will cherish forever.! Plus, Lloyd's has the best ice cream. Did i say that already? I'll say it again. Lloyds had the best ice cream. LOL. Now go check it out!😀

Wonderful little place with a pool hall too! A rare find 75 year old premier cigar store being restored to its Belle Epoc look. Home made ice cream is one of its major attractions and is making this gem a must stop .

The have the best ice cream I’ve ever had! If you are in Wiarton this is a MUST visit place for ice cream. They as a lovely selection of board games and other convince store items, and and great pool hall!

Let's face it, most small town Ontario ice cream is exorbitantly price mass produced airated may contain milk schlock. Not here here. One of the best I've creams in the province, lovingly dispensed by the own and ice cream czar himself. If you are driving to or from Tobermory you must stop and try some. The only draw back, most other kinds you will have this Sommer will pale in comparison to this wondrous product hand made in small batches on site with all natural ingredients.
