Honestly, the best. And I have had A LOT of sampling from various independent coffee shops all over down town. This place is a very serious contender and we could not be happier to have them so close to our home!! (The saddest thing for me, moving out of downtown, was the lack of real decent coffee in my life. No longer an issue). Our cappuccinos, lattes and Americano'swere always complete perfection. The baristas make each and every drink with the same amount of attention and care, as if they are making you their best one yet. Just, Every. Single. Time.
And then the staff: everyone is friendly. Like, genuinely pleasant and friendly. Not pretentious, not "fake". Just effortless, small town care, sort of sincere nice.
My recommendation from the cookie selection: Nutella or coffee toffee cookies are both very solid options for satiating those chocolate chip cookie needs that come with a good coffee.
Amazing Latte, probably best I ever had! I'm a coffee commissure and demand perfection on my espresso as a good Sicilian! Service was impeccable with my extended adjustments! As a new cycle in town is awesome!
Delicious Caramel latte and pecan square! Chewy, buttery edges...Will come back for this alone!

Red Bulb Espresso Bar though not in Markham but only 10 minutes or so drive North... and it is a lovely addition to the Stouffville neighbourhood.
The interior of Red Bulb is nicely decorated... bright and airy with a lot of little decorations on the wall (needlepoint crafts, wondering if the owners got them from garage sales!)
The Seasonal Gingerbread Latte is delicious! :) Just like drinking my dessert which my friend probably thinks it is just so not right for a real espresso bar experience.
OK! I am green with envy!! I want one of this espresso bar in Markham!! I want to be able to get a good latte at 5:30 AM (damn this people are hardworking)! I want to able to chill out and surf the Internet with a good cup of Joe!
For now on, I guess the only option is to hop in my car with my laptop and drive myself up to Red Bulb!

Second visit. Had coffee first time ... Not good. Had caramel latte second time and it was fabulous!
Simply the best service in all GTA. The servers get your name and remember you regular order. Atrongly recommend the White chocolate mocha and the Cafe bonbon
Love this place!! Everything I have tried is absolutely delicious. Right now they have a nutella hot chocolate that is to die for!
Mocha,and Ghana Hot chocolate. Single Origin Ghana chocolate sauce is used to make the Mochas and Hot Chocolate ! Very Rich and yummy. And Red Bulb is also the distributor of this chocolate sauce in Ontario.
