We both like Greek food so went for lunch on Tues. October 26. It's a small place plainly decorated but very clean including the washroom. We had the chicken dinners and found them delicious and great value. Greek salads that were fresh and crisp with amazing dressing. Chicken kebabs cooked to perfection with great grill marks, Greek Potatoes and rice. We couldn't have been more pleased. Nick brought some of our food out and had a great visit with us. You can't beat the price with great service and delicious food from a family owned business. We will return again and I recommend this place to anyone.

The best Greek food in the entire region, hands down. Ordered the Nick’s Family Package yesterday (ordered 2 for 7 guests and it was way more than enough. Enjoying leftovers today!).
The food was delicious, all the ingredients were fresh, the salads were generous and crisp , both chicken and pork skewers were soft and done perfectly. The rice was such a nice accompaniment. And the lemon roasted potato was the absolute winner. The pita breads were a little chewy but tasted authentic.
The takeout was nicely packed and the food was warm and ready to serve. The service was great, the order taking on the phone was courteous. The food was ready on time. Overall a really positive experience and every one of our guests loved the delicious food. Thanks Nick.
The portions are super generous and it’s just great value for money - specially when the money gets you too quality food.
This wasn’t our first time and it will continue to be our favourite Greek place anywhere. While this review is specifically about the Family Special take out, we’ve tried other items on the menu and each one is just so good. Try Nick’s. You’re gonna love it.
The best Greek food I have had. Nicks customer service and suggestions were perfect. The flavours and freshness was spot on. Thanks for a great meal. It won’t be out last.
Give this place a chance for your next lunch. Their in-house baklava is EPIC and highly recommend to accompany their lunch and dinner. Recently tried their souvlaki on a bun and a small Greek salad. Previously had their banquet burger and fries. You might wait up to 15 minutes for your meal (walk-in) but know it will be made fresh -- not par-cooked by the grill. Can't wait try other dishes they offer.
I had the heart attack burger and my wife had the regular burger, we couldn't gave been happier with the food, true homemade burgers, we will be back to try more items from the menu. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Nick's!! Amazing value!!
We love Nick's Grill. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The portion sizes are very generous and the prices are quite reasonable. I always get the chicken souvlaki dinner. It's fantastic! I've tried a few places in Durham for greek food, but Nick's is still my favorite.
Nice and cozy local restaurant in a quiet neighborhood of Oshawa. Owner & staff are very friendly. The food tasted authentic and home-made. Will definitely be back on my next visit to the town.
I found the service to be attentive, warm and accommodating. The food was great. The meat was well flavored and the toppings were healthy in amount.
I had the spinach pie as well as the gyro on a bun. I find them both good choices. If there's any failing, I would say the bun was a little dry. Together it cost almost $12 and I wasn't too full to finish the meal. The decor is quite a bit dated and bland, but I would still recommend you to give Nick's Grill a try!
