As expected, the Four Seasons Whistler is a beautiful resort. The location is wonderful and grounds are pristine. Excellent service is generally the norm when staying at a five star resort and the service here did not disappoint. In particular, the front valet staff was impressive! These guys were very, very warm and hospitable. They were on point and efficient. I was especially pleased with how helpful they were to us with suggestions on where to go, what to do etc. The town car was quick and convenient. It seems odd but honestly, each of these guys were so wonderful that they really added to our trip. Special shout out to John for going out of his way for us. Thanks again!

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this incredible place before. I adore it. Without a doubt, it is one of the most tranquil hotels in the entire area. The level of service provided here consistently goes above and beyond. The rooms are incredibly spacious, allowing for a truly comfortable stay. What's more, the hotel offers complimentary private shuttle and car services for their guests, which is a fantastic added perk. As a VIP guest, like myself, I am delighted to receive complimentary room upgrades, breakfast, and late check-out. The attention to detail and the extra touches provided by the Four Seasons brand truly make it my preferred choice whenever I travel. Moreover, the hotel features convenient amenities such as an ATM, shops, a restaurant, and even a pathway leading to the village, ensuring that everything you need is right at your fingertips. If you're seeking a luxurious experience, I highly recommend staying at this remarkable establishment. It's so remarkable that I didn't even think to take pictures because I was too busy enjoying and assuming I had already written a glowing review for this place!

This is a stunning resort, the lobby and decor inside the hotel and the outside patio in particular are amazing. We booked an executive suite which was really nice and large. The food was great, we had breakfast every day and dinner one night. The free slushies and wine and beer tastings each day are also a nice touch. Location and view is spectacular. A couple of things that mean I haven't given 5* - one of the toilets in our room broke and we weren't offered anything by way of compensation for this - it was fixed but this was an inconvenience and not something you expect at the four seasons. Secondly we valet parked our own car here and the team generally seem reluctant to go and get you car for you once you've left it which is annoying as it's $50 a day to park. One evening we asked if they could get our car they instead offered us a lift via the house car to dinner - this was a nice complimentary service. However when we called to be picked up after dinner the house car was busy so we had to pay for a cab back from dinner to the hotel - which was just mildly annoying as we had our own car we could have just taken instead (and were planning to take instead!) Also lots of wasps on the property which is annoying

Was expecting more for Four Seasons brand but it was just average. Room condition was not bad but the bed was not as comfortable as other Four Seasons I stayed. The pool was a bit dirty. Didn’t want to go in after finding a few strands of hair. The pool staffs, and restaurant staffs were very nice but the staffs at the front desk need more training. It was nice that they had a beer and wine tasting event for guests. The valet parking staffs were also very nice and I really enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. Overall, it is a nice hotel but just needs some work on the pool and front desk staff training.

My wife and I spent a blissful week in Whistler and remained in awe for every second of it. The hotel was warm, welcoming and…it was just perfect. The staff were flawless. Polite, friendly, professional and helpful to a fault. The room was immaculate and having our own fireplace and view of the mountains from our balcony was beyond amazing. We cannot wait to go back. The four seasons has truly (and happily) ruined every other hotel for us.

Outstanding property, great decor, beautiful well-equipped rooms with balcony and nice view. Many complimentary activities such as beer/wine tasting, walking tour, and even e-bike tours. The pool, steam room, and sauna were also top-notch. Exceptional customers service from EVERY team members who went above and beyond, and genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction!!!! Food, including buffet breakfast was awesome! I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable stay in Whistler.

Unbelievable resort. Absolutely stunning property. Extremely beautiful and very clean. My room was immaculate. I’ve never seen the cleaning service anywhere but somehow my room was spotless every time I returned from the outside. Exceptional customer service. Unforgettable experience.

Fantastic place. Kids loved it. Room was spacious, we got the celebration package. Rooms were clean. My only feedback is that the hotel staff came in for cleaning a bit later than we expected. We have kids so we left first thing in the morning and came back at 1:30 and our food and stuff was still there and room was not clean. They came by around 2pm but we were dining and putting our toddler for her nap so we couldn’t get cleaning. So we didn’t end up leaving for a long time until 4pm and the cleaning was supposed to be done for the day. Surprisingly when we left they actually came and took our garbage and replaced towels even though I thought they were done for the day. I think next time we will let the hotel know we have left the room in the morning so they can come clean then. Just with two toddlers we have some more time in the room getting sorted. The food was good, but it seemed to take a long time to prepare even simple dishes. The hotel lobby was nicely designed and fixtures were new. Facilities looked well taken care of, I would stay here again

We are finishing up our first stay in Whistler and I am very happy with our experience. I agree with the reviews about having flawless staff. From all restaurants and pool service- everyone was 10/10 with service. Special shout out to housekeeping. Every time we returned to the room it was immaculate. You can tell there’s so many people working to make this a top notch experience for guests. Thanks all :)

We’re just wrapping up a week celebrating our anniversary at the Four Seasons Whistler. It’s hard to add more to the previous reviews that all speak to how flawless the staff are. They really are what sets this resort apart from all the others. The attentiveness, generosity, and responsiveness was unparalleled. Everyone went above and beyond to help us celebrate and make it a special occasion, every interaction was so appreciated. We are leaving full of gratitude. We will most definitely be back! If we were forced to leave some constructive feedback it would be to have real maple syrup with the breakfast tower or at the buffet. From a few loyal Canadians, see you again next year!

Wonderful hotel. Its top of its class, and deserves this based on service, rooms, food quality, variety and taste as well as the amenities including the gym and pool/spa. On checkin I was given a little toy beaver stuffed and complimentary champagne drinks for our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival in our room we had chocolate dipped strawberries with happy anniversary and our daughter had a large chocolate chip cookie so she didn’t miss out either. It was the little touches like this that made the hotel worth paying the premium. The pull out bed for our daughter was the best one we have come across in terms of comfort. The dinner in the sidecut was excellent and breakfast had a great range. The gym was a highlight as the equipment was new and had all the gadgets to check your progress including the Peloton bikes that had live sessions you could track against others on the same session. For the kids there was also table tennis, basketball hoop games, large chess set and foosball to play, it was outside so cold in the morning and was just undercover.

We stayed there this week, and I must say the staff was outstanding. The transportation/valet guys were amazing, the pool staff was superb, and the spa staff was outstanding also. The only negative and to me and this was a big negative was the view. We paid for a king Mountain view room, and the view was actually mostly of a parking lot, abandoned tennis, courts, and construction. SEE ATTACHED IMAGE. If you are going to book a room at this hotel, and want a Mountain View, I would make sure that your room number does not end in 21 through 26. That is the side with the horrible view. Other than that, everything was fine.

I was there for work so I would try and get a work out in the morning before my sessions started. This usually meant I would rush out of the room to my sessions. Coming back to my room to see it made up and my clothes folded nicely just blew my mind. They even had a nice towel bed for my toiletries. It was so mind blowing I had to take photos

My wife & I stayed for a few nights to celebrate my bday. The staff was incredible and the customer service at this hotel is second to none and really enhanced our experience. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are exceptional. I can't recommend this hotel enough and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Whistler from now on.
