When it comes to fast, satisfying and cheap eats in tourist place like Whistler, Zog’s Dogs frequently makes the list. It’s an outdoor food stand located at the base of Whistler Mountain serving comforting eats like hot dogs, poutine and Beavertails. Zog’s is a popular spot for avant- or après-ski munchies. And you pass by Zog’s, you’ll love the smell of caramelized onions in the air.
Zog's hotdog, a cold winter is when i first ate it 2 years ago, so far, i'll say most hotdogs are relatively good, in terms of taste and the smell though oh man makes you salivate, the taste are definitely good i'll say, the portion is okay, but definitely expensive for hotdog, but again the location is also a tourist place, so can't say it's expensive now.
Overall i would say it's good but i wouldn't say it's super good, but definitely good. would i recommend it? yes i would recommend it because it's quick to make and the taste is quite decent. would i come back for another one? hmmm maybe... but i would rather explore for now.
You can't miss Zog's Dogs when you visit Whistler. Located near the ski lifts, the smell of freshly sauteed onions wafts everywhere. Sophie remembered the french fries from our last visit here so we knew we had to stop by. This is the Jalepeno and Cheese Smokie ($7) topped off with...
Love the fries beaver tales hot dogs ! They are open late and really convenient
Three words: unlimited sautéed onions! And a spaghetti dog?! Are you kidding me?! De-freaking-licious!
Hilarious. Everyone should experience going to Zogs after a night out drinking in whistler village...waiting in line getting up to crazy antics with a bunch of foreign drunks is great...help yourself to some fried onions and fling some around the area...laugh it up with some Aussies...the poutine here is killer!..get the hotdog nutrients you need at Zogs to keep partying longer!...best and funniest time to go to Zogs is around 1 or 2 am..for the true zogs experience
Quick dogs!. These are the best hot dogs. Quick too! the toppings are great, and I also love the poutine! Have been many times. It's a nice break from the higher sit-down prices in Whistler.
...we decided to hit the village in search of a light lunch. I spotted Zogs Dogs from a mile away and thought "yuuuuUUUp"...
Out of all times I’ve been to Zogs, I’ve always stuck to the regular hot dog, because that was already delicious enough for me.
