Excellent food! Very tasty and beautifully presented! We enjoyed the music as well (80's and 90's classics). Tried the tasting menu 5 servings and it was delightful. And I really appreciate the attention to my dislike of spicy and shrimp; they modified a dish and it was delicious. Pricey but worth it

Miss every single piece from what I had at Park. So fresh and delicious! I had recommended this place to colleague who doesn't eat anything from the ocean But... He had enjoyed with lots of choices and was really satisfied with food and service. Must go place in Montreal!

It’s an idyllic day in the beautiful province of Québec as we head to dine at one of Montreal’s finest restaurants. It’s my final night in Montréal and it’s quite the signature way to finish my time in this beautiful city. Opting for cocktails to start; my friend selects the Patrón & Lime while I reach for the more complex Osaka Sour. We admire the décor of the place which is so zen, specially the stars hanging from the ceiling; it has the hallmarks of an open skies feel.

Park restaurant has earned a spot on my "best of Montréal" list.

We went for the weekend brunch, since I believed an asian brunch would be a great experience. I was right!

We deviated from the menu that was handed to us and decided to go with a six-service tasting menu after speaking to the waitress.

We were really impressed with every dish. I must admit there was way too much food for a brunch and we took some of it home, also this menu was 70$ per person. For a special occasion this was perfect. Cocktails were excellent too!

My first visit and definitely not the last. The plating and freshness of all the ingredients is what this restaurant is all about. Every bite of sushi was balanced and refined. Stick with the sushi if you're going there. We also had the decomposed salad for two people (and could have served more), and although all the ingredients came from the chef's own farm, I would have used my second course for another sushi/sashimi plate. Finally had the time to try the omakase tasting at this restaurant And it was pretty good although a bit up and down with regards to the courses

The sushi and maki were the best courses, in particular the nigiri was very fresh and the cuts of the fatty tuna otoro was sublime. The oysters were the best I've eaten in montreal too

The dessert was decent, not bad but nothing to rave abt.

The soup and scallops were where they lost points, soup wasn't that great and the scallops wasnt seared well, if these were better could the meal would've been top marks

Staff was excellent and attentive and very accommodating

Overall a great experience although recommend going a la carte

Went in with friend during lunch time without reservation, first we were told the wait would be 15min+, but luckily our host arranged a table for the two of us. We ordered Asian salad, sashimi entry, park lunch and a bento box. Service was very good, considering how many were eating there, the speed they brought us food is very reasonable, and the raw fish were one of the freshest I've had. The salad, on the contrary was somewhat lacking. Besides the presentation, you could probably have that in a low-end Asian restaurant. However, if you are into fusion style cuisine and fresh fish, this is the place to go!

Definitely the freshest fish I've ever had. From what I've understood of Chef Park is that he has a private import seafood license which guarantees sustainable, line caught fish brought in daily. What a concept. I've been to Japan and didn't get the opportunity to try some of the fish I had today. Great fusion of taste from Japan, South America and Korea. Really innovative stuff. Park wasn't there today but his stellar crew of chefs represented well! Definitely worth bringing a food enthusiasts if you're looking to impress!

Everything about our dinner here was delightful. The food was delicious, the waitstaff super attentive, the 90s soundtrack - like perfect. Visiting from NYC, we had high expectations going in and all of them were met. Our photos don't really do the food justice, but here they are anyway. We'd be interested in checking out his take on Korean South American food!

Great authentic Japanese with really differentiated sushi experience. It had been 2 years since being in Japan and this reminded me very much of experiences in Tokyo. The food was fantastic. The service was also quite good for the duration of our meal.

Everything about our dinner was delightful. The waiters are incredibly attentive, there’s a 90s/latin playlist in the background and a great atmosphere. We ordered a floral sake to drink and it made for a perfect pairing with the food. We had the Sushi platter menu for 3 people which included 15 nigiris, a lot of different types of sashimi and maki. The food is so flavourful and the quality of the fish is outstanding. It is fresh, tasty and acclaimed for a good reason! It also included a miso soup and edamame. For a high quality, incredible sushi experience, Park will surpass your expectations. I also recommend trying their desserts. They are unique and the flavours simply marry so well together, it was an amazing culinary experience!

The fish they serve is good quality. Just the sushi is not traditional. Very fusion based with a lot of sauces on the maki. We got the sushi platter for 2. It's mostly sashimi with a few maki and nigiri pieces. Just wish they had more starch options to eat with all that sashimi other than edamame. Overall good quality ingredients. I'm just not into fusion based cuisine.

The food is out of this world! Hands down best japanese cuisine in all of Montreal. I've had both the tasting menu and sushi platter. It's hard to choose between the two. It's obviously pricey, but you get your moneys worth. I never leave unsatisfied!

Came here for my birthday and it was a great choice! The fish was super fresh ,which i feel is hard to find in Montreal, and the drinks super flavourful and unique. Not on the cheap side but worth every bite!

Need to get a reservation well in advance for Friday/Saturday easy to book on Open table. Small dining room with great ambiance and decor and outdoor seating. We had great service and we got the tasting menu that had 5 dishes for 115$ each plus taxes. Each course was highly inventive with combinations, looked and tasted great. Loved the balance of taste and different textures. One of the courses was sushi, that were so fresh they melted in your mouth. I am a dessert fiend and I was very pleased with the passion fruit, mango, pineapple dessert with amazing homemade sesame crackers. Often in restaurants desserts are overlooked and it definitely wasn't at Park it stood up to the standards set by the 4 courses that came before it again with a beautiful look, balance of texture and taste without going into the overly sweet. Definitely a great place for a special night or to indulge in great cuisine. It was also surprisingly easy to find street parking on a Friday night but that might have been luck. We will return for sure.
