The food in Starbucks is really great. Not to mention their drinks which was personalize for you. This branch has a great atmosphere coz there are more seats available than the other Starbucks in Louie Drive. Also there is a drive thru which is very nice. Though the only problem are their crews. Not everyone is friendly and the manager even has an attitude. She doesn’t seems to know customer relation. Their machine is not working for credit/debit cards and all she could say is “I haven’t called it yet so we don’t have card transactions”. No apology for the inconvenience and rude tone of voice. Thankfully the crew was very nice and even help us make another drink since my friend didn’t enjoy his first choice of drink. I hope they would be as friendly and as good as the people in Louie Drive branch.

Friendly staff and the drinks were refreshing. But they cost too much - over 6 bucks for a fruity lemonade. Bathroom was clean enough. Thanks.

The Dobbin Starbucks has to be the happiest, kindest most organized Starbucks in the Okanagan. They are the reason I drink way more coffee than I probably should but they are a lovely bunch of humans and a great start to the morning!
