It's fine, not extra ordinary. Could make it more better. I wish they had plant based/veggie patty. I ordered a veggie sandwich. The bun was too dry. There are no combo deals, that's the downside

7/10 (SEE PHOTOS) Are you planning on stopping by five guys this week? Month? Year? It may be worth the visit if you do but there are some pros and cons to this place Pros: Young kid vibin the 80s glasses and hair net Good tasting burger Crisp fries Nice clean environment Cons: No trays for food Fries come in a cup No combo meals We both got a bacon cheese burger tonight with a large fries and I just noticed they charged us for the wrong burgers haha we ordered the regular bacon cheese burgers but got the little bacon cheese. The bacon cheese burgers presentation was mediocre and as I opened my bag I found my fries dumped into my bag even though they were in a cup. My burgers themselves tasted delicious but not a 5 star burger the bacon was crisp and my burger had a nice crust to it but not over cooked. The fries were nice and crispy and some were a bit over cooked but that’s expected.

Dined at Five Guys on a Wednesday for supper. Wasn’t busy when we got there but pretty steady throughout. Ordered hamburger and fries. Hamburger consists of two patties. Got to choose favourite toppings. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was delicious. Wish there was one located in Kelowna as it is quite far out on the west side if you don’t live on that side.
